If you really want to live a longer life eat every other day.  There is no reason to eat food everyday.  Our bodies are not designed to eat massive amounts everyday, thats why we have a huge problem with diabetes.  We store fat for a reason.  We are meant to go long periods of time without food.

Every animal on earth will have their lifespan increased significantly by calorie restriction.

To put it simply eating = aging.

If we want to live longer  then we are also required to healthy food ,avoid stressed , and exercise every day .

I believe this is not the secret of long life. If people don't eat frequently it will cause health problems. Our body needs nutrients from food and liquids to work properly, or it can cause several diseases, like anemia. Who eats every other day won't have any energy to work, to play, to talk...
This might work for those guys who stay all day long idle, meditating, but not for ordinary people who have a normal life.

the most important thing is to live for long time is taking rest because if you work hard then your body and mind will really tired then your health problems are also been increased that's why taking rest important to live long period of time.

That is nice,  you want to live so that you can travel around the world? This is really fantastic!  That means you need to fast even when you are on the move as this will help you to live very long and travel from country to country if you have the funds.

Lol the oldest living person in the world don't recommended this so from whom we Will going to believe? From you or that person living for more than 100 years?what the person says eat healthy she never ate Pork or any other meat from livestock instead only fish vegetables and fruits and some milks and eggs for protein

If you want to live longer life keep your self away from tension,depression. Drink a lot of water to reduce your anxiety, Eat healthy food, don't take much stress. Always keep smile on your face  Smiley

If I eat every other day, I won't live long
Don't eat too much and also don't skip your foods on time then you can have healthy body which can make you to live longer life.

But it is not in our hand circumstances are also a big factor of deciding how long we are going to live.

I am hearing about this for the first time and see that food do make us aging.  All this while I thought that we are in ages were knowledge are available on this and from now I will start to research on this as I am someone that do give to fasting.

In India, in the mountains, in the jungle there is a tribe. I don’t remember the exact name, either hootsu or Tutsu. The average life expectancy is 120 years. Sex life to 100 years. According to their religion, they are supposed to eat nothing every year, before or after the harvest, for two months, just drink water. We have it called therapeutic fasting. draw your own conclusions.

Good idea, but I do not think food is the only cause of aging. Because there are many environmental factors and special habits that affect the age.
Such as smoking and exercise.

This is really good when you are in an adult age cause you know teens are very active now when it comes in eating food. Actually, we are surrounded by fast food so most of us can't insist and just buy some of it.

Lol even if you eat every next day but you don't prepare healthy foods still you will not live longer,and instead of telling people to skip food for a day better teach them how to eat right foods that can be beneficial to the body

You cannot compare.people to animals because Animal has only one diet while people has a lot.animals only eat meat for.carnivorous and plants for ths others but humans ear both and theres alot to choose from

I don't agree with you.
In my opinion, much better is to eat a bit but often.
When I work whole day I really need to eat something or I loose my energy and feel tired.
Often just simple fruits is enough.

Eating the wrong this will cause our life to be lesser,when we are eating all the foods which were made by natural methods and avoid eating carbohydrates and fats which also can give good long life.

Eating quality meals helps a lot.. . I don't know about its impact on aging though.  I used to eat lots of fruits and vegetables before meals to avoid getting drowsy after heavy meals.... This works great.
I usually eat breakfast around 11am—1 pm.  Late night meals is said to be responsible for overweight and mornings drowsiness, so  I try to avoid it by eating lite meals around 5pm-6pm.  Unfortunately I do not follow this rule all the time due to being very active and sometimes hungry at night


 I generally try to eat healthy, gulp a lot of warm water(mixed with tea & native herbs full of vitamins esp C), works great for me.
I usually drink the warm water in the morning before meals.  It makes me energetic and it works all the time. The tea clears my head and makes my memory efficient. I exercise once in a while and eat some Apple, cucumber & other fruits plus vegetables.
