I think the secret to live longer is to eat healthy, exercise more, keep away from stress , surround yourself with positive people and laugh more often.

If we want to live longer in this world and not get any health problems. Better to exercise with proper diet and eating more vergetable and fruits so it can help to prevent Diabetes is one of the cause why the people die even their age is younger.

Of course if you follow a healthy lifestyle that can extend life , but I think you need still need to look at where you live , usually in villages live longer than in the cities

When you live, you also need to live, so staying away from good food, would be a pity, no one knows when it's all going to end, so remember to live also.

After reading a lot of diet plans, videos about keto diet and intermittent fasting.

I agree what OP said. Our body can survive for few days if we haven't eat anything. We need to let the food that we intake digest for few hours up to days to take those nutrients. It is about the discipline, I'm fat and I can't help myself to eat and this is because of stress, yes I do stress eating.  Undecided

Of course you need to keep your body in healthy shape and eat right , and of course often checked by doctors for diseases to identify if that in the early stages!
To this can be added:


1.- Sleep well.
2.-Eat well.
3.-Being a calm person, try not to stress.

A good diet plan is the key to a healthy body with atleast 8 hours of sleep a day because thats what our body needs. Avoid non-healthy foods which you can find the list in internet. Follow this and youll live longer.

If we want to live longer then i think we must get rid of negative things in our life and don't think too much because it can stress our life especially if we have many problems in life to solve. Just smile and take it easy with our life.

If you really want to live a longer life eat every other day.  There is no reason to eat food everyday.  Our bodies are not designed to eat massive amounts everyday, thats why we have a huge problem with diabetes.  We store fat for a reason.  We are meant to go long periods of time without food.

Every animal on earth will have their lifespan increased significantly by calorie restriction.

To put it simply eating = aging.
We must take care of our food more.
Also we must practice sport .

It's simple.
If you want to live longer avoid stress, alcohol, smoking, bad habits, unhealthy food, practice regularly, don't live in the big cities and try to eat healthy, natural food.

To be stronger and to live long it is good to have a healthy food. Another thing people need to avoid fast foods, which are highly recommended. Most people lose their health when they face financial problems. One who is free from financial problems have a free mind. This will give a peaceful living when good food is taken along with timely workouts.

If you want to live longer you should stop all of your vices like alcohol and cigarettes.
I also suggest also eat nutritious foods and always work out. But sometimes financial problems can also be the real cause of death.
Thanks for the suggestion that you really need to eat nutritious food and always work out at the gym or play sports. But it's true that financial problems can really be a cause of your death because you cannot treat some of your illnesses without any money. You cannot also predict when would you die because life is too short you should enjoy your life while you are still living. That is why i recommend you to invest and start to trade in this site if you are interested, so you could use it in all of your expenses at your home and it also has a good trading platform.

Just enjoy the only life you have. Don't be mega unhealthy but also don't drive yourself crazy. A car might run you over tomorrow.

I think that actually depends on what you do everyday. If you are a couch potato, then I think it's possible to eat just every other day!  Grin
