If you want to live longer the best thing to do is to exercise regularly and eat 85 percent of vegetables daily.Take enough rest for sound mind.

If you really want to live a longer life eat every other day.  There is no reason to eat food everyday.  Our bodies are not designed to eat massive amounts everyday, thats why we have a huge problem with diabetes.  We store fat for a reason.  We are meant to go long periods of time without food.

Every animal on earth will have their lifespan increased significantly by calorie restriction.

To put it simply eating = aging.
If you want to live longer , you must eat everyday not just every other day , i know you cannot eat every other day because it is important that when you feel hungry just eat as much as you want but in a healthy way. Because eating too much that is not healthy to our body can affect our body and can lead into obesity that is not recommended in a healthy living. Go iut and breath some fresh air , and juat live a happy life to live longer.

In part, I agree with the author that nowadays, most of the food we eat is harmful to our health. We are inspired a lot, how to live, how to eat, and much more.

I think to increase age and human health is not just food. but do exercise.
Food = give  body calories and nutrients
Exercise = burning calories
Do it in balance, I'm sure your age will be long.
