Everybody changes. I also have the habit of communicating with them so sometimes we disagree with ourselves we see that our mistake.

You can't always win in this game, you have to accept the fact that we are not perfect but we can learn from it. Personally I loss so many times and yet I’m still here because I believe that opportunity that we have here is great.

I like your spirit mate. You are still standing here although  you have loss many time like you said.
I am sure a person like you will win at the end. People need to be like this if they want to be success.

Well, you are not the first and the last one who has experienced this. People who have been around in Crypto world, we all have done this at some point in our life so don't stress yourself out. We all learn and keep moving ahead. So, yeah just relax and move forward.

All the best!!

Yep, learning to HODL takes patience and a certain mindset, but if you don't mind waiting and watching through the swings, etc, a good coin will eventually give you good returns.

I'm extremely depressed about my impatience and persistence.
I'm a stupid man. Fuck myself.
I bought the ETC when its price was 15$, i kept it for three months, including when it down at 9$, I still don't sell, because i believe it. And when ETC rise to 15$. I sold everything and waited it down $ 13 to buy more. But, fuck myself, the next day it rise to fucking 30$, Are you kidding me?
I bought 5000 XRP from May, i still believe it, I bought more yesterday, I bought when its price was 0,00001610sts, and when it down 0,00001558, i afraid BTC up, XRP down. So i sold everything. And... This morning I woke up with a sense of chest not say words.

This is my mistake, definitely like that. I can't blame anyone.
I told myself, "The market is still there. Nothing to hurry"
I don't complain, i post here just relieve stress. I didn't  tell anyone about this, including my wife.
Thank for listening.

Do not call "stupid" because you're having that. The future is not a scientific thing. Everyone is stupid about that and can only predict with some percentage of certainty. All will not know what will happen in the future. So calm yourself and start to reinvest. Is not it better to fail first and succeed later than the other way around?

Cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and it is always effected by some pumps or dumps, so there please keep close eyes on that before buy or sell your holdings. It is also kind advise that never invest or sell in a bunch, always try to buy or sell in some parts.

Being disappointed in ourselves always happened several times every time we didn't achieve or meet our goals, especially when you know to yourself that you did everything to make it happen unfortunately it didn't. Just like the other people's perception, it is not easy to predict the value of coins in the market. The mistakes you have done for not having enough patience will be learned from you.

Unfortunately you did make some bad judgement on your trades. I feel it is best not to liquidate everything if you had kept a proportion of your eth you would still be in quite high profit.
The say hindsight is 20/20 but unless you are trading vast amounts I think the long game is the best practice.

This is sound advice.  Even very experienced traders over trade at times.  It's very hard to time the markets perfectly.  A lot of times long term investing beats swing trading in this space.

Do not be afraid from rising down attacks because at cryptocurrency world you can earn good profit with hodl and hold. Do not invest for very short term.

That is what called "PATIENCE is a virtue" and it should be applied especially in trading. Panic selling can bring you down and make you a loser. If you are into that attitude and cannot control your fear then better be stop being a trader. But i will still suggest you to do long term investment, no stress at all but can sutely give you huge profits.

Well, you really don't have to blame yourself for we all do not know when will the eTH have the higher value that we want. There sre really instances like this so, you don't have to worry. Do not call yourself stupid cause you're not. Time will come at the right time, and you have to wait for it patiently.

This is all part of the learning and gaining experience. I don't think there is a single person that hasn't done something they regretted later.
Don't worry about it too much. Just be patient and don't panic sell. Hold through the dips.

Patience is the key here, You have made many mistakes until now, learn from them. You sell your investment immediately after there is a pump, avoid doing that, you somewhat panic sell. Try investing in some great alternate coins, I'd recommend Tron (TRX),  Ox (ZRX), Cardano (ADA), VeChain (VEN), Verge (XVG). Some of these have a high value but keep a close eye on the market and invest whenever its down.
Anyways mate, you'll get better. Don't repeat these mistakes again, choose some alternative cryptocurrencies of your choice to invest for a long term.
Good luck.

you are a channel trader, thats normal, you have chosen to do that.

what happened to you is basically what always happens to channel traders,

What do you thinm channel trader? From what sentence you know him stay in trader channel?
I can not ķnow where the decision from.
It does not matter to me, now we need just learn from it and dont stay in regret for long time.
I also do not understand the point, maybe he meant to say Trading Group or Trade Signal.
OP does not say about it.

if true, I stay away from group signals...

To be honest i'm also disappointed in myself. But my mistake is not because sales, because for the sales process i always set a target for sale so there is no disappointment after the target is reached. The stupidest mistake i made was is not joining bitcoin and altcoins from long ago. My friend gave me evidence and knowledge about bitcoin and altcoins from 2015 but i started to join in 2017. How stupid i'm, if i had been investing in 2015 maybe now i've become a millionaire.
Yeah ... Disappointment always comes last.
