on-chain store, not sure - 2.0 Presale, yes... Bought a bunch of each just now with ETH...

Total Mintage : 240000 stamps (60000+60000+60000+60000)
A total of over 10000 stamps (i.e 2500 stamps in each design) can be purchased through pre-sale.
But the site is pretty dead at the moment
