Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p

I do not recommend to invest all of your savings because if those ccoims that you invested in will fall what will happen to you. And if you invest them it is hard to get them immediately if uou needed a money and ut has a fees so it will be a reduce to you also. But they way you divide the percentage is good for me because bitcoins are still the prime so they will be the highest percentage but i want to replace litecoins by ripple
Even me personally I wouldn't place all my savings in investing because I had a lot of priorities to consider like my family needs and also my school needs. And since I am now still student I don't have the saving that I can call on my own, even if I have already in hand that savings I guess I wouldn't done it.

Well your plan would have a good start. But if you want to hit it big and for long term holding. I can suggest you that you must invest in one currency.
I wont think that it could be safer, but taking that fact that you want to hit big it is better to prioritize one currency. Since those currency would compete
in the near future when eth or litecoin will hit higher mark in market.

I think this is not a good idea, that all our savings are put in all investments. In my point of view, i think only a part not all, because in investing this is for a  long term period and we are not that sure that we will earn greater the longer we invested.

Better not to put all your money into those pot because you can lose that if the prices crashed down.
Anyway this is a good idea, invest in crypto your savings than in bank, but we do not know tge fluctuation of valuw it may be low or high in no time.

Woow!  Thank  you guys for all the information about trading.  I really need this kind of advice because I am new here and started to learn as fast as I can.
If you really want to learn fast, then you have to gather as much amount of knowledge as you can related to both bitcoin as well as trading.

In the world of trading, the only thing which you need to have for making more money is having some good amount of knowledge as it is only learning which can help you in handling the situation in a better way when it comes to making some critical decision.

Please do not do that. First of all, never invest “all” your savings in any one instrument irrespective of how good it is. These are currencies, not really investment options, not regulated, why would you “invest” everything you have in an option like this? Build a diversified portfolio according to your risk profile and suitability.

i think you should buy more coins to get more profit. as you can see now, Bitcoin and ETH grow so slowly, so let find more new potential coins to invest. I have researched and realized that PKT, CAT, SXDT, SXUT are good coins to invest.

I am not in favor of investing all the savings in bitcoin because there is still some doubt in bitcoin future and one should not invest all his money in bitcoin because if there is any upset he will lose all his investment, therefore I suggest to all the people to investment some part of your savings in bitcoin and not all. You should keep some money with yourself so that you will never face financial problems in life.
Trading our saving is fine but not all is advisable to do it, I am doing a bit trading but not investing all my money that I have. But if we are rich enough and we have so much business and fund to cover our daily expenses and we are sure about the coin that we will invest just like bitcoin then push for you goal.

That's a good choice to invest and I totally agree with your decision and the percentage of your investment with your money. Just make sure Bitcoin will always have the greatest percentage because Bitcoin is the most volatile and is always fluctuating out of all the coins you've mentioned.

To invest all saving is not a good idea, nothing is sure with cryptos. This being said I agree with Bitcoin and Ethereum, but I would split the third part in seveal altcoins hoping that one would moon. Things like Neo, Stratis, Stellar...

For me, it is not good idea to invest all your savings, it is better to set aside some savings for your emergency funds in case you suddenly ran out of available cash. One thing more, savings are product of your own labour so you should study carefully any investment and invest only the mone you can afford to lose.

investing all my savings is like a gamble.. you dont know if its gonna grow or its gonna fall.. just invest in the right way at the right company that you know it will make your money safe and worth it..
That is against the rule of investing, you should only invest what you can afford to lose because there is no certainty that you can make money
when investing, maybe we see how successful bitcoin is but since there is a big risk, therefore we have to control.

This is the motto. Never take excessive risk for this virtual assets. Split your money into smaller fraction by having couple of different coins. This is the best to protect your money and yourself.

Agree with you, because no one can guarantee that your saving will worth if you invest in crypptocurrency.
Be wise using your saving to invest here and split your money is the best way to reduce the risk.

I like the idea of Bitcoin & Litecoin, but Ethereum is not a store of value. They are producing 18M per year and there is no cap. I don't recommend holding that long term. I would do 80% BTC & 20% LTC if I were you.

if you really investing all your savings , then dont do invest 100% in it .
keep at least 40% in fiat .
and 60% for crypto .

then at time of dump/dip you can use that fiat money to buy those coins .

this is the best thing to do .

In my opinion it's a good idea. By the way you should consider to keep at least 20% in FIAT, just in case it dips more than expected and you want to get into a better opportunity. In the following years those investment should increase because more and more people will get involved into blockchain.
