IQeon representative spoke about the prospects for blockchain appliance
On March 14, despite the general threat of coronavirus, Career Today conference, dedicated to the professional growth of IT specialists, took place in Minsk. At the invitation of the organizers, Yuriy Navadvorski, CTO of IQeon project, delivered his speech at Career Today conference. He told about the possibilities of using blockchain technology in various fields from banking sector and gamedev to copyright and even electronic voting.

“In many areas where the usage of blockchain is possible, there are tools that successfully replace it at the moment. To implement this technology in electronic voting, land registry or copyright, state regulation is essential. Here we need a legislative base that would regulate the usage of distributed registry technology and give legal force to, for example, copyright objects that are entered into blockchain. Unless there is government support, it is less possible to significantly expand the application of this technology, ” – Yuriy explained to the audience.

Hot discussion erupted when discussing the benefits of blockchain over other tools. The conference audience was also interested in how widely distributed registry technology is used in Asian market.

Moreover, speakers discussed the key skills necessary for a technical specialist to achieve success in work, the technologies that are in demand in 2020, and growth strategies for developers who want to promote from the Middle to Senior level. CTO Yuriy Navadvorski: “We’re working with a focus on the end product”

We continue to introduce people who are developing and improving IQeon. We are glad to introduce Yuriy Navadvorski, Chief Technical Officer (CTO)!

Yuriy began programming in his teenage years. After graduating from Minsk Radioengineering College, he gained experience while working on freelance projects.
After that he occupied a programmer position in international product companies. The technical specialist has been working in such large organizations as TUT.BY, Ciklum, Mühlemann&Popp Online Media AG and others.
Among the products developed by Yuriy are plugins for e-commerce companies, sites and applications for numerous sections of the information portal, a cryptocurrency exchange, automated systems and a neural network for insurance institutions. Also, while being a programmer in one of the projects, he gained experience in developing smart contracts.
Yuriy got used to multitasking work and managed to gain skills not only of a programmer, but also of a SCRUM-master and team manager.

“Everyone should improve themselves all life long, and this is a matter of all people.
According to my trait profile, I love challenges and new areas of activity that motivate me in terms of individual and professional growth.”

Having vast experience in working with different projects, Yuriy is constantly expanding the stack of used programming languages. Today he uses PHP, JS (React / Node.js), Golang, Python, Java, Shell Script, Solidity technologies.
At IQeon, Yuriy occupies the position of Chief Technical Officer. His responsibilities include the development of concepts for new products and algorithms, a description of the application architecture, management and optimization of project team work, implementation and support of various processes within the company.

“All processes within the project should work like a charm – in a clear and well-managed way. Moreover, if I have all the levers for building these processes, then their quality is significantly improved.
In my work, it is important not only to control the development of a product regarding programs, but also to professionally perform managerial duties, because with proper management, the effectiveness of the team increases exponentially.
It is important to analyze personality profile of each team member, his interests and skills in order to use these resources in the optimal way. The greater the success of the team, the higher the economic efficiency of my work.”

Yuriy has come across the concept of blockchain at IQeon not for the first time. The main advantage of distributed registry technology, according to the expert, lies in its anonymity provision and solution of “Byzantine generals problem”, allowing network nodes to reach a consensus on the current state of the system. In other words, most participants in a distributed network must agree on the same action and perform it.

“There are no fundamental differences between the development of blockchain project products and traditional software. Blockchain is an additional system with which you interact through certain interfaces.
Of course, there are some peculiarities. The programmer needs to know a special algorithm for coding smart contracts, as well as the basics of cryptography. However, our team has not yet faced unsolvable problems. The only thing that matters is focus on results and the end product.”

IQeon presents the final version of White Paper!

IQeon team were updating the main document of the platform during several months. In particular, we improved the design of White Paper, introduced relevant statistics on the state of the mobile games market, added information about the team improving the gaming platform, updated project roadmap.

And now we are introducing the final version of White Paper.

So, section 1 presents an in-depth analysis of the mobile application industry and flaws of the intellectual games market. Having carefully examined them, we focused on resolving the main problems that arise in the gaming market. IQeon’s vision for overcoming is described in section 2. In February, IQeon team continued updating White Paper. Changes were introduced to section 9 of the document, dedicated to the project team, which is developing the gaming platform on a daily basis. Summing up the results of IQeon Quiz Giveaway

The contest held in our Quiz game is over. The competition took on a large-scale nature: more than 8000 users competed for the main prize of 1000 IQN! After its completion, during an online broadcast on IQeon official YouTube channel, 10 winners were randomly selected. They have already received 100 IQN to their wallets.

CLO Alexander Paramonov: “Blockchain in games protects gameplay transparency”

We continue to introduce people who are developing and improving IQeon. We are glad to introduce Alexander Paramonov, Head of legal department (Chief Legal Officer, CLO)!

Alexander has many years of experience in the field of legal support of IT-business and banking.

Alexander has been working with IQeon project since its foundation, when the ideas of the gaming platform were just emerging and intensive work was being done in order to find investors and partners for the future project. From 2018 to the present day, Alexander Paramonov has occupied the position of IQeon Chief Legal Officer.

At IQeon, he is responsible for resolving legal issues related to the platform, including both quite familiar legal tasks and specific ones that lawyers specializing in IT, GameDev, FinTech, blockchain, investment and innovation come across.

According to Alexander, working in a project related to the global gaming industry and using advanced blockchain technology differs from working with a traditional online business. The expert is sure that in order to have sufficient qualifications in the field of legal regulation of blockchain projects, it is necessary to understand how this technology works, know its fundamentals and basic values, be able to analyze strengths and weaknesses in relation to each project. It is also worth remembering that with the implementation of blockchain, the project, in addition to new possibilities, may bring additional legal obligations and risks.

Today, for example, global crypto community is hotly debating aspects of blockchain and digital assets legal regulation, which, of course, affects the entire industry of blockchain projects.

“In recent years, regulators’s attempts to take control of the cryptocurrency industry fell under sharp criticism. Of course, legislative regulation of the most important aspects of the blockchain and crypto community life should be beneficial. However, I consider methods chosen by authorities to be excessive pressure, which, I hope, will be temporary. A vivid example is ban imposed on cooperation of banks with blockchain companies, which use digital assets and crypto in their business processes.

Blockchain community and authorities should find a comfortable balance in the relationship so that the degree of tension moderate and the technology can further expand its geography and field of application.”

Also, crypto enthusiasts discuss a violation of user privacy, while anonymity is one of the core values ​​of blockchain technology. In this regard, Alexander is convinced that the disclosure of personal data may be justified if such procedure is introduced to protect users.

“Unfortunately, the advantages of modern technology have always been used by criminals. Therefore, in those areas where confidentiality and anonymity can create convenient conditions for illegal activities, restricting anonymity can become a serious obstacle to using the functionality of blockchain projects for criminal purposes. However, such restrictions should not be applied totally, the authorities should not abuse their rights in relation to blockchain projects.

Now projects that strive to be law-abiding and conduct business transparently are already turning to the authorities to obtain appropriate permits and recommendations. This is not about the largest blockchain companies only, but also about lesser-known projects seeking to create advanced products without violating laws. IQeon is one of such projects.”

Alexander is optimistic about the further development of IQeon, because gaming industry is actively introducing new technological solutions and shows impressive growth dynamics every year.

“The world is rapidly changing, and the business is adapting to consumers' demand for innovation. Therefore, the use of blockchain in the gaming industry has become a logical decision. I believe that blockchain in games can complete very important tasks, including protecting the transparency of the game process and preservation of game achievements.

Tatsiana is involved in web design for more than four years. There are many e-commerce projects in her portfolio. At IQeon, Tatsiana develops visual content for the corporate site and IQeon communities, and also creates design for other company web projects. By the way, Tatsiana tried her hand in designing content for game projects at the company.

IQeon Development Update – February 4


Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from January 11 to February 3, 2020.

General platform changes:

• Work with databases of the gaming platform. In particular, CRUD technology was added to the developer's programming interface, which made it possible to improve the organization of user data storage. Also, filtering of transaction history by date and status was added into Transaction Processor in order to optimize the platform.
• Conducting Unit tests using the full code coverage technique. In this way, non-performing areas of the source code were identified and corrected.
• Launch of intellectual Quiz game on a separate domain. The game presents more than 2 thousand questions devoted to history, literature, exact sciences, technologies, cinema, games and crypto sphere. One quiz consists of 10 questions on different topics. The player has 50 seconds to answer each question. Quiz questions are available in English and Russian.

Friends, we are excited to announce the participation of IQeon in an open AMA session from the gaming portal Crypto&Gamers!

On Wednesday, February 5, in real-time CEO Vadim Dovguchits will answer questions about the project that are of interest among gaming enthusiasts.

We remind you that AMA session is an open online conversation in “Ask Me Anything” format. The start is at 12:00 GMT!

In order to participate, users must leave questions of interest in the comments from February 2 to 4 under the AMA session post-announcement in Crypto&Gamers Twitter community. And on February 5, we’ll select the most interesting and frequently asked questions, which Vadim Dovguchits will answer in real-time in Telegram community of our friends.

At the end of the interactive session, the full text of AMA session will be published on the official Crypto&Gamers website.

The start of KYC/AML implementation

IQeon team has begun implementing Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering procedures. KYC/AML is the guarantee of the platform reliability and proof that the site is transparent and operates within the framework of the international legal field.

KYC will be optional for IQeon.com players. A user will need to go through a partial identification procedure in case of receiving a signal about a potentially illegal activity or activity with increased risks.

IQeon White Paper update

In January, IQeon introduced an updated version of White Paper. Changes were made to section 2 of the document, devoted to the problems of the mobile games market. In particular, we updated section’s design: color schemes and diagrams became more vivid and functional.

The launch of the large-scale IQeon Quiz Giveaway

Our team rolled out a new intellectual game Quiz! On this occasion, we launched an intellectual competition with a prize pool of 1000 IQN! We remind you that in order to take part, players need to fulfill a number of simple conditions by February 15: solve intellectual Quiz tasks, answer correctly at least 5 out of 10 questions and leave own email address. 10 luckies who will receive 100 IQN to their wallets will be randomly selected during an online broadcast on IQeon Youtube channel on February 17 at 13:00 UTC. Publishing a leaderboard with the best platform players

IQeon summed up the game results of users and published a leaderboard for 2019. When calculating points, we took into account all matches played by users in all platform games from the time of its launch to the end of 2019. Our team also decided to award the top five most successful players! To receive a prize, players must become Weekly Challenge winners during February, in this case their winnings will be doubled to 10 IQN. So, the participants have the opportunity to get up to 40 IQN to their game account! Be active and your efforts will be rewarded!

Gaming PvP platform changes

• Optimization of the platform’s work (page indexing was accelerated due to dynamic updating of the sitemap, duplicate pages were deleted using the ‘rel canonical’ meta tag, site ranking in local search results was improved);
• Changes in game module (bug with displaying genre icons in game categories was fixed);

Competition for the best player of the week

IQeon team continues to reward the most active platform players! During the month users could receive 5 IQN into their gaming account in Weekly Challenge contest. In January, players competed in Branches, Crashy Racing, and Ball Line games.

So, we summarized gaming results of users and now publish the leaderboard for 2019. While calculating points, we took into account all matches played by users in all games of the platform from the moment of its launch until the end of 2019.

Friends, we’re glad to present a new intellectual game Quiz! On this joyful occasion, we decided to give out prizes to the most erudite users of IQeon Quiz Giveaway contest!

How to take part

From January 25 to February 15, participants need to fulfill a number of simple conditions:

       1. Take part in intellectual Quiz.

Players should answer 10 questions of different topics by choosing one of four answer options. The quiz contains questions on history, literature, exact sciences, technology, cinema, games, and crypto sphere. Participants have 50 seconds to answer each question.

       2. Answer correctly at least 5 out of 10 questions.

Those users who correctly answered at least 5 questions become participants of the contest. A user has several attempts to resolve the quiz..

       3. Leave your email address.

❗️ Participants can also increase their chances of winning - share your quiz results on social media and send a referral link to Quiz to your friends. The more friends you invite, the higher the chance to get a prize!
