An updated version of White Paper has already been uploaded to the site. Changes were made to section 2 of the document, devoted to the problems of the mobile gaming market.

The team introduced an updated design of the second section of the document. Color schemes and diagrams became more vivid and functional.

Section 2 of White Paper is devoted to the up-to-date problems of the mobile gaming industry. For example, there are no solutions to the issue, that players can’t receive real money as a gain in intellectual games. Bonuses and game points received in one game cannot be used in others. In addition, to make a payment in a mobile game through the most popular app stores, users need to pay high fees.

Know Your Customer: IQeon introduces new security method


IQeon team is introducing KYC/AML. At the moment, the procedure will be optional for users, its implementation is a step towards the requirements of external regulators in relation to the gaming platform.

What is that?


Know Your Customer (“KYC”) is an action plan aimed at obtaining certain personal data about company’s customers.

Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) is a set of measures aimed at preventing the legalization of income that was obtained illegally.

What is KYC for our platform?


For IQeon.com players, completing KYC procedure will not be an obligatory condition for entering the platform. A user will need to undergo a partial identification procedure in case when our platform receives a signal about a potentially illegal activity or activity with increased risks. An example is a series of suspicious transactions from a single user account. In this case, the user will receive a request to confirm that he has reached the age of legal capacity or that he is acting in a permitted jurisdiction.

Why is it important?


KYC/AML procedures guarantee the reliability of the platform, where criminals won’t be able to carry out illegal actions, as well as prove that the site is transparent and operates within the international legal framework.

IQeon Development Update – January 14


Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from December 17 to January 13.

General platform changes:

• Implementation of a dynamic update of the Sitemap. Now, when new pages appear on the site, they automatically fall into the Sitemap and are indexed faster.
• Entering of meta tag ‘rel canonical’ into the head in order to exclude duplicate pages. So, we got rid of the natural duplicate content, and also accelerated the indexing of the site.
• Improvement of site ranking in local search results. Thus, we created additional routes for quick switching between language versions into folders, and implemented the opportunity to additionally inform Google about all language versions of the site.

Games module:

• Fixing a bug that appeared when displaying genre icons in game categories. Now all the icons are displayed correctly.
• The compilation of questions for the intellectual game Quiz in English is underway. Questions will be added in the near future.

IQN smart contract was checked by KnownSec experts


The IQeon team pays special attention to the safety issues prevention and considers necessary to conduct a high-quality and comprehensive security audit of the smart contract code. In order to get an objective evaluation, certified experts from the well-known company KnownSec were involved.

A smart contract is a software or protocol code that is used to regulate relations between parties concluding an agreement and provides the ability to seamlessly conduct transactions between users and record data about these transactions on the blockchain.The IQN smart contract is publicly available on the GitHub repository.

The thorough review of IQN smart contract was carried out in the fourth quarter of 2019. Experts have tested the logic of the architecture, searched for possible vulnerabilities in the code, verified the successful interaction of the smart contract and the Ethereum blockchain.

Mobile app developer Vadim Hadyka: “Only functional and simple applications make the top”

After having graduated from the Institute of information technologies of BSUIR, Vadim began to develop desktop applications based on the .Net Framework and improve his skills in C# programming.

As time passed, the market changed, and mobile applications have come to the forefront. Then Vadim delved into the cross-platform development of mobile apps on the Xamarin and React Native frameworks and went deeper into the study of Swift to create applications for iOS.

Vadim has an extensive experience in working in an international team. His portfolio includes projects from various fields: from car industry to education and health. In addition, Vadim managed to work on a corporate bank product for internal use in his native country.

At IQeon, Vadim is developing mobile applications, including IQeon Wallet and intellectual game, which will be rolled out soon.

Tatsiana Shalypina has two university degrees: in jurisprudence and economics as well as in accounting. She began her career at the National Cadastral Agency of Belarus, where participated in the development of a system dealing with electronic accounting of state property as a project manager and business analyst. Tatsiana was absolutely fascinated by management and subsequently she began to choose ever-complex projects, each time delving into a new domain area.

Tatsiana’s portfolio includes one of the modules of Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange, micro- and P2P-lending systems, cryptocurrency exchange and other projects. She also managed the development of the anti-mining system KYC (Know Your Customer), which helps to make crypto service more reliable.

One of the key tasks that developers around the world are striving to solve is to ensure complete security of user data. In this regard, blockchain is a great solution, said Tatsiana Shalypina.

Tatsiana joined IQeon team as a project manager in the middle of 2018 year.

She organizes the workflow, controls the release of various products of the company, establishes communication between team members.

According to Tatsiana, being savvy in ​​related areas, such as business analysis and system-oriented analysis will be an absolute advantage for the project manager. It helps the specialist better understand the reasonability of introducing a particular function into the product and allows to get out the task to the team in a more correct way.

The company which deals with game development is characterized by an accelerated pace of work. In the case of the gaming platform, the product is developed jointly with users. We create a new feature set, then we test it on real players, get feedback from them and adjust the work depending on the wishes of our audience. The team work is based on 2-3-week sprints. The project manager sets short-term goals for developers and adjusts the processes depending on the intermediate results. According to Tatsiana, Agile is much more applicable in game development than, for example, the Waterfall methodology, which is more suitable for creating fundamental systems.

We work in multitasking environment and try to ensure that all processes are carried out alongside, professionally and quickly. In such situation, it is very important to motivate the team properly. The mood in the team and the final result depend on how people make up their minds and how much they believe in overall success, Tatyana emphasizes.

IQeon platform White Paper update


An updated version of White Paper has already been uploaded to the site. Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the document devoted to game industry market development were changed.

NewZoo and GameAnalytics statistical data for the period of 2017–2019 were used when preparing analytical part of White Paper. Games market review for the period was updated, global trends that influence the whole industry were identified – for example, growth in mobile gamedev.

White Paper authors explored key metrics of game analytics, such as Retention, Engagement Rate, Stickiness, ARPU, DAU and MAU, and showed their average market rates. These things help to assess the success of the project.

The document also includes the information on Day 1,  Day 7 and Day 28 retention rates of users in different games genres. In 2019, as in the previous five years, word puzzles, social casino and card games have the highest retention rates. All the conclusions of the researchers are displayed in charts that can be found in the updated section.

Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from December 4th to December 16th.

General platform changes:

• Platform optimization is underway. In particular, the semantic URLs for the game categories on the site have been changed.
• The bug with pop-up notifications on user authorization/registration pages has been fixed.
• Language versions of the site have been improved.
• The bug appeared when trying to withdraw funds from the platform has been fixed. All transactions now work correctly.

IQN digital asset added to Freewallet


In december IQN digital asset was added to popular multichain app - Freewallet. Users of this cryptocurrency wallet can hold and share IQN within Freewallet ecosystem now.

IQN is a digital asset of ERC-20 standard which is used as an internal currency of gaming PvP-platform IQeon. It was created in order to monetize in-game achievements.

Freewallet provides a lot of useful features. There is a possibility to create user’s own cryptocurrency portfolio which shows the assets value against fiat pairs in real time.

Vadim Minkin, Front-end Developer: “Development is a process of continual improvement”


We continue to introduce people who are developing and improving IQeon. We are pleased to present you front-end developer Vadim Minkin!

Vadim got engaged in programming after he completed specialized courses in software testing. Then, after getting interested in website layout, he delved into the development of web projects and studied JavaScript in addition to the basic HTML and CSS programming languages. Vadim’s portfolio contains a number of successful products among which the application for media resources, which is designed as the service allowing to create and build interactive content into a web structure.

At IQeon, Vadim is mainly involved in performance optimization of the gaming platform. The task is quite complex and affects not only the front-end, but also the back-end areas.

Vadim believes that the development does not end up with releasing the product. One of the key stages in the development of a project is its SEO optimization.

Optimization is much more than just “promoting your site to the top list”. It is crucial to ensure maximum representation of the product at the leading positions at the Internet request of potential buyers. According to the requirements of search engines, pages with faster loading speed are better indexed. This can be achieved by gradually improving product’s performance.”

The challenge of the task lies in the specific nature of the IQeon.com: it is a single-page application.

Optimizing a single-page application requires much more effort than working with a multi-page resource. The data on the platform is dynamic, it is constantly updated, that’s why it’s very important not to overload the site. For the user, operating with the web page should be as convenient as possible. To provide this “easy-to-use” feature, first of all, there is a need to create a simple and user-friendly interface so that the user can easily interact with the system. This will help him to avoid negative impressions and stay on the site.

Only within the last couple of months, thanks to Vadim’s work in the development team, the platfom productivity increased by 50%!

The professional goals set by the front-end developer are the continual improvement, both  of the product and personality. Vadim plans to study truly promising programming language – Python, and to deepen his knowledge in related fields, as for example, SEO.

Development is a process of continuous improvement. Often you have to come back and get something better, but this is how a really good product is created, thinks Vadim.

IQN added to the digital wallet imToken

IQN was added to imToken in December. Users of this mobile crypto wallet can keep a digital asset and share it within imToken system now.

The mobile wallet currently supports tokens of Ethereum blockchain, and also BTC and Cosmos. In addition, imKey hardware wallet can be connected to imToken. It enables to use assets via the application without physical formats.

A user can add his contacts in an address book and save QR codes of other people's wallets that could be used to quick payments. Also, imToken has a built-in exchanger and browser, which allows to switch to sites of crypto exchanges, crypto gaming portals, webpages of recommended projects without leaving the application.

Users can add a biometric verification, private keys and a mnemonic phrase for log in to protect their accounts. Indeed, the application allows to link an account registration with a user’s email address to subscribe to notifications on the last transactions and the product updates.

imToken is a mobile cryptocurrency wallet launched in 2016. It was implemented as an application for iOS and Android in 9 languages. According to developers, the number of users has already increased to over 6 millions.

IQeon Development Update – December 3

Dear friends! We would like to present our new report on the development of the IQeon platform for the period from November 19 to December 2.

General platform changes:

• Users data protection was improved.
• The platform optimization is underway. In particular, friendly URLs of games web-pages were changed.
• The error related to users’ authorization and registration via Google Chrome browser and Vkontakte social network was fixed.  
• Full-screen mode display was improved on different devices.
• Emoji that are available for adding in messages of gaming chat were renewed.  

Games module:

• The error with displaying of push-notifications in IQN games was fixed.
• Compiling English-language questions for the intellectual game “Quiz” is underway.

IQeon sums up the results of November

IQeon sums up the results of November. What important took place the past month, read below.

Participation in the conference of CoinMarketCap

CEO Vadim Dovguchits, CISO Denys Havrylenko and CFO Vitali Bibik took part in the international conference “The Capital” that was held by the world-famous crypto-rating service CoinMarketCap in Singapore on November 12 and 13. IQeon representatives met with the company partners, and also developed relationships with the leaders of industry and media portals.

PvP gaming platform changes:

• Platform work optimisation (faster pages loading, static files cache, meta-tags for social media and messengers according to Open Graph protocol);
• Games module changes (possibility to play in full-screen mode was added, games display on iOS devices was improved);
• Dark theme of the website, a side panel and the platform chat were updated;
• New functionality for formatting user avatars;
• Gameplay changes in the game “Quiz”: new questions in Russian and English;
• New games announcement in the section “In Development”
• A series of articles on IQeon team

We continue a series of interviews about people who develop and improve IQeon gaming platform. Front-end Developer Anatoly Zhilko and QA Engineer Valentin Homchenko were presented to IQeon community in November.

Contest for the best player of the week

The contest "Weekly Challenge" that is held on the gaming platform continued in November. Every Thursday we chose a game, where users can get 5 IQN to their gaming account when competing. Throughout the month, there were the following games: "Curvy Path", "Dashy Cube", "Circle Pong".

The last game of November is "Twin Fall". The winner will be a player with maximum points at the end of the week. The results will be published on our social media on the first Friday of December.
