The rest have to go with the traditional way, earning an educational degree and trying to look for the best job for their niche. A lot of people say that degrees don't matter, all you need is knowledge, skills, and experience, I only partly agree with that, because a person who is the sole breadwinner for their family can't just keep trying to get success through their skills and they eventually have to find a way to at least earn some money to survive.

Both degree and skill are for the purpose of being able to financially take care of yourself and family but that is depending on how you are able to plan yourself. It is not only through education that a breadwinner can survive but even through skills. Above all to diversify your source of income is ultimate. For example whether you have a guarantee job in government or you are someone who works with his acquired skill, to be successful you need to spread your net to other areas other than just one source of income.
Life can't be predicted and no one knows where financial opportunities will be coming from , it is just better to get a degree and a good skill and be waiting which one of these can bring opportunities because sometimes one might have the degree but nothing better  is coming from that angle but where their are opportunities is from skill.  For one to succeed in life it is better to get ready to grab opportunities by getting a degree and skill, this two tools are very important in achieving financial success in life.

I really want know if getting more degrees can make life financially better because I come from a country where their are no job and I have seen people that the only thing they can do in life is to read books, getting more degrees attaining all these degrees yet no still go job for them with good pay. Do think people who read in a region with slim job opportunities are doing the right thing?

Most people who go for more degrees believe they can get better job at the end of the day. People that only go for more degrees in a stare with high unemployment rate are they doing right thing by putting all their focus on academic because this is the only thing they can do best.

Getting a degree doesn’t mean that you should be waiting for a job, but implementing what you study means that when you go for a course after graduation, you will obtain your degree, so with that, you can use that degree to implement skills that will help you to have money and also employment. But when you depend on the fact that your degree will give you a good-earning job, you will waste your time waiting for nothing because in some countries they have the issue of lack of unemployment while in others they have adequate employment, so based on what you write in your country, you have unemployment issues, so it is left for you to study, obtain your degree, and implement ways to earn money and create employment for others in your country.
I fail to see your point here. It is a given that attaining a degree doesn't guarantee money. There are other factors that needs to be considered and by not taking a step and acting out then whatever degree an individual have it really wouldn't amount to anything. No matter what the issue of employment is in a country it is always advisable for a person to get a degree due to the competence that drives every industry and by having a degree it gives a person an advantage against other competitors. Moreover, I don't get your last point, you want someone to get a degree and not focus on working but to make money so they can create job for others? Before that I'm sure people will focus more on getting a degree, finding a stable source of income and attain financial stability before they even think of providing for others.

So whether or not you have an academic degree depends on each individual's opinion, there are those who hope to get a job from the government with a guaranteed monthly salary and pension, but those who don't have an academic degree hope to become big entrepreneurs.

Your academy degree doesn't guarantee a job especially with the government in some countries. That means getting degree for job depends on the country you leave. In Nigeria, due to corruption, a man with no degree that can speak English can be offer a government job while graduate with degree may not get any.
Things are always awkward in insane countries, Nigeria is unfortunately one of them where things are upside down. Regardless, education is good, it will always give you leverage irrespective of how you want to look at it. We should not forget the fact that luck also plays its way out in securing a job, which is why people with fewer qualifications could secure a better job than people who are more qualified. Other players here are politics and connection, this is happening so well in countries, the more you know people or are politically exposed, the better the chance you have, including anyone close to you to get job benefits.

However, I advise anyone living in a country like Nigeria to always have plan B, the leaders are corrupt and clueless. So, you fight for your life, or else, you waste it believing in a white-collar job.

That remind of countless ghost workers that have occupied the government houses, it's embarrassing and disgracing that a non- certificate liver will be included in pay roll while the people that goes to school have nothing to rely on. They will not included their family members that are secondary school leavers while the main students that attend qualified university with the degree have nothing, how is the government going to progress?

Well, education is very important for the society, if not for anything, it will reduce the rate of illiterates and help to expose many people to education, it helps you get basic understanding of life as well but not a requirement to be successful in life.

Many job vacancies have academic requirements to be able to apply to government agencies or private/individual job vacancies. The government recruited 100 thousand people for teacher needs from non-permanent teacher status. So without having an academic degree, we have no chance of applying for government job vacancies. However, those who have skills in certain jobs will open a business according to their respective skills, in the technological era it is easier to promote products with one click, the presence of marketplace applications and TikTok shops has greatly supported business people around the world, the level of demand for ordering goods online has increased and even online stores can collect around $100k for one day of ordering goods.

So whether or not you have an academic degree depends on each individual's opinion, there are those who hope to get a job from the government with a guaranteed monthly salary and pension, but those who don't have an academic degree hope to become big entrepreneurs.

Academic credentials are important in the modern economy, but they are not the only requirement. Integrity and honesty? They are priceless. In the realm of commerce, trust is crucial, particularly in the quickly changing context of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. How come? Because trust in people becomes even more important in a decentralized system like Bitcoin. Insincerity? It resembles a time bomb that is about to detonate

Academic credentials do matter, yes. They provide you a basis, open doors, and opportunity. However, isn't it interesting that there are instances in which a degree you possess has no bearing on your line of work? similar to the plumbing specialist you described who has a degree in advertising. It is evidence of the transferability of skills and the capacity for thought, adaptation, and evolution that education, in whatever form, bestows. Therefore, even though a degree has value, aren't honesty and flexibility even more important in the modern world?
honesty and flexibility goes both ways, and its indeed important, but not so much for someone that already has assigned task and jobs as well as the specified target, in working environment its nothing new that its full of competition, being too pushover you will get taken advantage of, being too honest you will get many enemy, its just it is.
academic is like the gateway, and the ability to adapt within working environment is what could helps you work for long.
but still without academic pursues, they can't even get into the job so thats really what required first, then the other can come after.

I don't think this has any influence, everyone hopes to earn a large income by continuing to improve their education, but they forget that the world of work and business requires more skills than an educational degree, and the fact that happens is that many people have a history of low education but can be successful become entrepreneurs.
Although there is no doubt about what you say that a person with good skills can become a successful entrepreneur that doesn't really work for everyone. If every single person in the world with some skills could achieve success, I believe the percentage of successful people would be way higher than it is today because the world is full of skilled people but only a few get the stage and the opportunity to actually showcase their abilities and capabilities.

I agree with you, academic success is not required but is it a good background and foundation? Absolutely. Academic success gives individuals the foundation they need to have the confidence to apply or venture to a field they are interested in. We have to remember that the world, whenever we look at it, is full of opportunities that are not only laid out for us but for anyone seeking to improve and be successful in life; hence, competition is constant. Academic success allows us to have a good advantage in such competitions. For example, in businesses, an individual who has a formal educational background on the product or services they are offering is more likely to have more clients than those who don't as clients have the confidence to rely on those who are able to attain formal educations than those who do not. As cruel and unfair as it is, that's how more scenarios go.
It seems that besides the academic qualifications, large companies have another primary focus when considering someone for collaboration or employment. The essential foundation underlying all requirements for advancing one's career is honesty. We all must be capable of working with integrity to thrive within a company. Foolishness can be remedied through learning, but dishonesty is a trait that's challenging to eradicate. The seeds of a company's downfall often lie in the small lies told by those within it.

Academic credentials are undoubtedly important, but to secure a good job or career, it's not solely about academics. This doesn't diminish the accomplishments of those who have completed their university degrees. A diploma is crucial in widening the doorway to success even further. Educated individuals are, in fact, still in demand, even if their education doesn't always align with the job they're applying for. This is because I once encountered an expert in home and plumbing repairs who ran a successful large-scale business, despite holding a degree in advertising.

Academic achievement can lead to higher earnings later in life. Several studies proves that individuals with higher levels of academic achievement tend to earn more money later in life. Therefore, the individual putting in a lot of work and tons of focus on academics needs to do so in order to get a good job and earn a good income when they enter the workforce.

With all this being said, it's important for academic achievements but also more important to acquire the skills/ experience needed to effectively work and standout from the rest. Academic pursuits simply provides one with the knowledge and skills one can use to live a successful life. As the old saying goes... knowledge is wealth.

Academic pursuits is enough to get high income if you are doing it internationally. Academics who collaborate with the international colleagues from all over the world participating in several intercultural, cross-cultural, and interdisciplinary studies that have received huge funding from the government agencies, research bodies, individuals and even non-governmental organisations can get incomes from this in addition to their salaries from their local institution.

You can live on it if you do it well.

It's true about not requiring academic success to have more income, it's more of grit, resourcefulness and hustle.
While having that doctorate or masteral proves that you're good academically and that's a proof that you've finished that. There are some companies that are looking for those for their higher positions.
An educational degree is proof that someone has the ability and in my opinion it is quite influential in getting a job and also the relationships that academics have will be better than others so they have a greater chance of getting a decent job to increase their educational income.
So in my opinion, higher education has quite a big influence on the income you will get, and one thing we need to remember is that we cannot compare several people without successful education, we have to be realistic in looking at the average number for a conclusion.
There's a balance on these things while having no degree or any higher of that and if someone who's in that situation is having more income, that person was built through time and tested by his experience.
While on the other side of having a degree and other academic achievements, that's actually a good start to build a career and being hired is giving the higher chance because of it.

The technique is to increase educational backgrounds and degrees through continuous studies and masterals and even doctorate programs.
But there are programs that are looking for more experience than of these certifications. However with certifications, that only proves that you're competent and has got the fundamentals and foundation knowledge of the actual skillset you're learning.

I doubt there are that many job positions looking for more qualifications than a doctorate - that basically proves you are an expert in that field.

Besides, academic success is not required to get a good income, you can get by without it - look at all of these Silicon Valley founders for example with a vision and a plan to act on it.

You would really be having an edge compared into other people on which it would really be that relevant that you would really be needing to have at least that educational background which we do know that it is already that a basic requirement when you do apply for a job physically and since that competition is really that high or something that we can really say that its not really that easy to get accepted and we do all know that having that higher educational qualification would really be having that advantage compared into those people who have none. Although it isnt really that a solid indication that we would really be that getting that job once we do apply. Always consider out on the competition out there which you arent the only one who do look for such job. Pursuing another set of course? Its up to you since we are really that in
control of our times and with the actions  that should be made. If you are pusuing multiple courses or degree then its up to your choice.
