Altcoins were always risky. Even when the prices were increasing by 5% or 10% per day, they were considered as extremely risky assets to invest in. And with current market conditions, they have become even more riskier.

This is a funny question though but I will put in my own view to it. I believe it's more better to invest in altcoin than what you thought in your head. To me that's the best place to invest and have your money grow than investing in BTC . My thought though

any investment its risky. you only have to do is to trust to your investment or rather choose a right decision for your investments just do an necessarily research it will help you to make your decision to invest in this kind of business. investing in any altcoin is a good decision because it help you to increase your profit just be carefully to a scammer and read all comment or do a research before investing in any business you want.

What is your purpose of investing in altcoins? If it is to grow the number of bitcoins that you have, then bear market is not a good time as most alts keep on plunging during these times. However if you believe in any alt coin which you think will be used in the future and is at a really good price to be bought at, then maybe buy it.
