In my mind, this is one of the risks that I can get when investing in crypto, not only crypto but also in other investment types. In investing crypto, we should sell the coins at the higher price. It depends, because there are so many good altcoins with promising potential, and there are too shitcoins as well. So the good altcoins like ETH, Ripple, and few other coins are expected to go up again after some amount of time. You dont need to panic about them because their prices are known by volatility.
Me also in depression because last 2 months ago a bought a new alt coin which price is now too much down . But i think it's the right time to invest but please be careful about new alt coins , Cause now many coins are scam.

crypto trading is risky all together if we dont invest in altcoins then we cant grow our bitcoins so i prefer investing in potential alt coins thereafter look for profits

There is always a risk on investing even on different coins because you do not have the assurance if you are going to earn a huge amount of profit or not so the best thing to do i just take the risk in order to become successful someday.
I think this is risky, so it's best to use long-term investment in reliable coins like btc and eth 
I think that the prices in mid-June should go up again, and their growth will be quite significant. Have patience, cryptocurrencies can not constantly grow.
