I do not experience that lind of thing because I never used PayPalin my life but for me the difference in bitcoins and PayPal is bitcoins gives you freedom on your moeny your savings. Paypal in the pther hand is a bank, and we all know that banks have a lot of process to do before you can do whatever you want to your money. And they are centralized i think and with that thing you cannot do such things with your money without their permission.

Bitcoin is more better than paypal. In my country which is Philippines, there are many people in my country is more prefer to use the coins.ph which is a bitcoin wallet and it can use to pay the utilities and bills.

When this thread was started in 2015, bitcoin was a currency.
Fast, cheap and anonymous. But now bitcoin has become an investment. The fees are high, transaction times as well.
You can not compare those two anymore. The biggest advantage of a payment with bitcoin is the anonymity.
Other reasons to make a payment with bitcoin I do not see at the moment.

I've personally never had any processing PayPal. I do realize that the charge backs can be extremely annoying to deal with if you're a business. But overall I've never had problems (yet). But bitcoin is obviously a lot more unique and the idea behind bitcoin alone is so much better than PayPal.

They are different kinds of things. Bitcoin is an asset, a kind of digital gold which has a price. Paypal is just a payment system.
As a payment system paypal is very good, cheap to use and very fast. On the contrary, Bitcoin is slow and highly expensive.

I agree with you, in every PayPal deal always manages the money you are having, if you encounter any strange PayPal transaction will lock your account to check. I think this makes investors afraid to use PayPal and they switch to Bitcoin

I agree with everything what you wrote.
For me Bitcoin is much more trustable just because few times i was scammed via PayPal - and now it is the most important difference from me! Security of transaction and no chargeback!

I agree with you . Everyone likes to use Bitcoin more because it is completely anonymous in transactions, PayPal is very limited in functionality because it can lock your account if something goes wrong, this will not be good for Big business.

Now as many big names going to join bitcoin hope this could be good for this community but still its very long time to be going most attractive payment system in the world because currently its not reachable for many peoples in developing countries and most of populated countries where paypal is working ok for them

Well to make a clear undetstanding about it, paypal is like a middle man to different people who really wanted to purchase a bitcoin for investment, some were also trading peer to peer in order to make secure deals but it also happened scammers got chances to victimized somebody. That's why I came to a point of view that paypal and bitcoin is not to be compared, because paypal isn't a currency and yet bitcoin is the one to be traded, so that's why they are both better with different advantages and disadvantages; like bitcoin is a volatile currency with profitable investments.

It all depends on whether you like the payments to be irreversible or not. If you want the payments to be reversible, then you can prefer PayPal. If not, then you can use Bitcoin. Both the methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. For example, it is easy to make mistakes while making Bitcoin payments.
