you must first analyze the coin you want to buy, the future project whether it will be good and the technology in use what is good or unique that will make the coin has a potential in the market
and if you want to buy in the market when the coin is newly listed you must see also the coin contains a campaign bounty / AD or not, if there is a bounty / ad then it should not buy first because usually listed coin bounty hunters will sell the results they get from bounty that will tend to lower the price, so let's be patient and make sure to buy at deep price

Investing into new coins is really a risky tasks because you don't know about the company and its working matters in the market so we cannot expect it to be a profit maker at once, it really depends upon the coin which will be going to be listed over the exchange and if that happens you will earn great and if you are new into this then better to buy some old coins because you are not aware of the market scenario so first gets yourself comfortable then play risk games with your money so before investing go through all the information provided by the company.

In a bear market it has proven to not be very profitable. You will have all your initial investors who got in at ICO stage or pre-sale stage wanting to sell for quick profits.
Now the strategy of buying new projects on the market is very good. It's difficult to get into interesting ICO and therefore the bear market gives us a chance to take part in good projects with the hope of changing the trend in the future.

most of the time, price tokens that get listed for the first time in an exchange will drop nearly half its price, that is the time you can buy. its not a guarantee that its price will also go up but it depend to the kind of project and the team behind it. good prospective project are listed on good exchange like binance, if that is the case then try to get at least a stash.
Yes it is good to buy new listed coin if the coin has low circulating supply and low market cap and also have a good platform that make the project grow.
It was several months ago but these day, new listed coin are mostly tend to be gone soon. Especially bitcoin is the trend now , new coins will be left behind.

We have to watch the project. Some teams collect hard cap for a few hours. A good project can be seen right away. Recently I rarely buy new tokens. Too much uncertainty in the market at the moment.
Unlike old coins, new tokens can shoot and give a lot of X, but such a sharp rise is possible only in those companies that are very well advertised and if the token is based on strong technology. To do this, study the team, product and white paper.
The fact is that the old coins began to develop even at a time when the market was green. Today, it is very difficult to develop new projects and therefore there are some dangers when investing in new coins.
Depends on the token/coin if its has good and legit project. Must study first that newly listed coin/token before investing on it. But mostly of the coins if listed it will dump below ico price, so i prefer to buy not on ico but in the exchanger it self.
Not sure, this is a gamble cause you bought a new something in the market without history or track record. But in the other, It can give you a big profit like KEY did when this coin get listed on binance.
This is a gamble for sure as you don't know what will be the behavior of the coin. Some take advantage of this opportunity though because when a coin is listed, the holders might sell their tokens and in effect, the price would go lower until such time the sellers would be exhausted and then the buyers would come then so most likely the price would go up. You just have to observe the price if there is already a support then maybe that would be time to buy then but just make sure that you already prepared a stop loss.

Most times it's very profitable because the price can soar but not in all cases. There are cases where the price can drop tremendously and you incur some loses. So exchange listing is not a guaranty for profit, it is the demand and the utility of the coin that activate profit.
Maybe some coins get profit some are not its our task to screen properly and search its products which has a significant impact in the marketplace

I would have to say that this depends on the coin itself which you wish to buy. Some coins get listed on exchanges and seem to be doing well but then they get taken off not much long after that which means the coins loses value.
