I think it's not the fault of cmc if the project are not good or scam. The cmc helps people to know the price of every coin that listed their, cmc is not exchange so I think don't blame them to whats the fault of every project that no value or volume.
ery worrying but I also can't blame CMC because there are so many coins that it's reasonable that they don't update the coin coin data that has died because basically compared to death, more coins are dying and CMC can't delete it because one day the coin can still possibility to rise again

The following are my observed reasons
1. Many dead projects still on cmc
2. Market cap is fake Cox many projects which have seized to trade adds up to the market cap
3. Cmc doesn't verify authenticity of projects before listing it
4. CMC now have ads of fake icos on their website thereby leading people to scammers
Funny enough so many NOOBS believe anything and everything dey see on cmc to be authentic
Let me stop here and anyone against it should bring a proof to counter it

Marketcap is for you to be able to see what is the price of some coin, well some site has advertising also not only cmc it was for you if you are going to buy them or not, well research is important thing also to avoid scam paroject. CMC will be going to be listed if the coin has three good exchange and it has a volume it was not fault of cmc if the owner of the project left it. The following are my observed reasons

I think coinmarketcap is one of the safest place in the whole ecosystem. I know in CMC there is many fault many exchange with wrong amount of liquidation, many dead project but they are still going. But it's not upto CMC cause coinmarketcap is a information related so it's not give any kind of investment guide. And it's connected with coins in exchange mainly through API. So it's the exchange which show the wrong thing. There is nothing to do with CMC.i think in this whole ecosystem CMC is the best place to get right dicision. And the whole ad things that also from goole

So why you not look around on their exchanger,this is how i do i did not trust any folio just like cmc this was delayed and fake,if you want to know the real price just go on their social media sites and most of all on their exchanger.
I do not think that Coinmarketkap should remove all bad coins. Using this site it is convenient to monitor the situation on the market as a whole, but I don’t think that it’s good to analyze the graph of a particular coin.
Removing those crap coins means we can't track them anymore. Better to see how they are performing in the current exchanges. At least we have some reference to check about them. And also, someone needs to do double check or triple check for a particular altcoin, they are not oblige to fully rely on what CMC is providing them. For me, it is a mere guide to check those altcoins in the market.
Is a great place to check coins and their performance I think potentially is great the only thing i hate about it is the exchanges volume and things related to that Most exchanges seems to easily manipulate volume but is mostly not a fault in CMC as they now have adjusted volume there
For me, CMC is still doing a great job, CMC can't remove all the bad coins removing them will not help cryptocurrency but rather keeps affecting cryptocurrency growth!! All this bad coins today has alot to deliver later.

Since they only accept the cryptocurrencies with a turnover of $100k then it is reasonable to understand their service and believe them. After using alternative services I am sure CMC will hit hard others.
It is not on CMC to verify the projects, as it is only an informative site. We have to do our own research on that.

Take this friendly advise, no where is safe in the digital world everybody is trying to outsmart his or her fellow so all you need is to be careful. No one can protect you unless yourself. Never believe in everything you see or hear most often try to dig deep before drawing conclusions.
I'd like to see CMC remove some of the dead projects they list, and I'd also like to see them exclude more questionable exchanges based on the research that's out there. There are issues with fake volume, for example. However, it's a decent website overall.
They are authentic enough if you really focus on the things you like and particular project or asset you are pursuing I think the idea is just to find more info on assets and then work through it not see it as an investment platform or kinda portfolio You dont really need all the coins there Just a selective few will do the job

CMC is just site that provide us information on crypto such as project name, price, market etc
They don't force us to agree with them, just for one indicator if we want to check some altcoin or exchange, until now I still use it cause it helpful for me and nothing bad happened.

People are constantly updating the coinmarketcap because the market is very volatile and we all know how sharply any altcoin can start growing. and now it is very important to have time to sell the coin that you are holding. It can make a sharp pump and then fall back to the same levels I guarantee it.

I would not believe this resource. Therefore, I think that these resources as a whole are centralized, because these resources can unambiguously be manipulative. All that today has the capacity for manipulation should be avoided.
in any case, I do not see any compelling reason not to trust this resource. The information provided about cryptocurrencies is generally known and generally available, so CMC is a useful project that most users of cryptocurrency use.

Most exchange use bots to add up to volume which are not real. There is little or nothing cmc can do in that aspect
I agree that they're not responsible for those scam tokens but people are relying to their data all these years so they must take full responsibility to the legitimacy or reliability of the exchanges were their data comes from. At least they aren't denying this issue and this would be a great help to polish the truthfulness of every existing exchanges.If we tolerate this kind of matter, we the people will suffer at the end, people are not finding who to blame though it's just that someone must take action.
