in my country crypto is not legalized or prohibited by the government, now the government still has not determined the attitude regarding crypto, but the government in my country only prohibits crypto from being used for direct transactions, if it is used for government investment facilities it still approves.
There are still governments that prohibits it's citizen from engaging in crypto but don't stop them from investing. They just warn it's citizen that it is risky to invest in crypto. I hope someday our county will realized the advantage of using the blockchain technology in some of it's transactions as it will speed up the process. Now, they have not adapt it but crypto is not illegal either.3rd world country tend to refuse a new technology in term of economy because they are too vulnerable because their market capitalisation is kinda low.
not a wrong thing though if it's for the sake of economy stability.
