All countries are corrupt - it's just that some are more corrupt than others. That's all.
I think corruptions are exist on the 3rd countries which are really poor about the awareness, people are overrate money more than everything.
just think about it: are there anywhere woods without rotten wood? see if you can apply this to your question.
Nowadays almost every country has become corrupted like my own country. Corruption is in the blood of every govt. officer. They misuse their power. But there are still some nation where people even don't know the word corruption.

Any country is corrupt. But there are countries that are very, very corrupt and this interferes with people's lives. It's better to leave this country.

Its not the country that corrupt, its the people who govern it. Because when you say your country, you are pointing everyone. There are still some politicians who are true to their country. And as a citizen, you have to trust and support what ever platforms they have. And if you think, the government of your country if corrupt you have to pray for them. Yes i understand that majority of the countries at this time are corrupt like my own country but still there are countries that trully loves their citizens and not think of gaining money out if them.The problem is the human, I think most people would take advantage of others while in a position of power.
maybe we need to have transparency in the way the government hold our taxes and everything, so the community will know if their taxes are being used for the development of the country.

not all people are corrupt. maybe some political leaders are like that but still there are few politicians like in the philippines that are fighting for a clean governance.

Certainly every country's people now think themselves that with out corruption they will never achieve their goal, This in return leads them towards unrest and turn them greedily move to fast . because of this every country turned and call corrupt .
African countries are the most corrupted countries i guess. Then South Asia countries. Less or almost corruption free countries are Europe countries Speically Scandinavian countries. In Scandinvian countries the social security is even greater than socialist countries. That's why they are known as "best countries to live in " Ex. NORWAY. DENMARK, Sweden..

every country there must be a corruption ,but the country that advanced the level of corruption is low and the developing country usually the level of corruption is relatively high , it is because the country does not have a good institutional.
There will always be greedy and corrupt government officials in every country. Even in private sectors, there will always be people who steals money. In my country, most politicians and public servants are corrupt. They only engage in politics in order to steal money from the government and only few of them really cares for the public.

Corruption has been present even before governments has been put into place. It has been present when the devil corrupted the mind of eve in the garden of eden up to now. As long as there are greedy people out there who pushes their own interests then we can never do away with corruption. In my country, there are also corrupt officials. We cannot get away from that. But which country are you from? Maybe a lot of differences from mine, here, its not rampant.I bet they are. In any government operation about 25% of the actual funds are misused.
The administrative corruption is huge and there's no way to check it as all things are sorted out in paper.
