I'd like to say that not every country or in fact not every form of government is corrupt. But then again, it seems that it does. But then again, i see a simple suburban associations that are not and really they make a difference in their neighbors. From there you could really see the potential of humans to be leaders and actually do good for their co species.

Almost all politicians are corrupt. So if any country has some politicians it's mean that corruption is alive there.
Corruption is a problem for businesses in the countries. in each country there is an abuse of power.it is difficult to achieve governance without corruption
Agree. Governance without corruption it's a dream) But corruption can be difference.
For example, in some european country with corruption build bridge and stole 10% of it's cost. It's a "good" corruption that don't destroy governance)
And in some country from Third world - stole 100% of bridge's cost and didn't build it. Such country will fall soon or later.

Corruption is everywhere, and every country is corrupt, but some country are less corrupt than others, some leaders have political will to fight corruption, such country has a less corrupt than others. Solution to corruption are( 1) there should be adequate punishment for corrupt leader to deterrent others from not engaged in it. (2) there should be justice and fairness to everybody irrespective of his tribe and religion. By doing so, we would have less corruption in society.

It seems to me that there is corruption in every country. Where money appears, there is always a chance that someone will want to corrupt someone.
There is also a regression in the fight against corruption in in many countries. At present, there is a limitation of the space for civilian control and the increase of corruption.

In my opinion, corruption is already a part of the culture of human kind. You may say I'm wrong because you'll site example like Japan/Singapore etc. Corruption still exist in those country, it's just that the amount being corrupted is not that big, and they always make sure all their projects push through. If you see a country building more and more infrastructure and their economy is going up, you automatically say they are not corrupt but then think about it they just do this to at-least cover up for their corrupted money/funds.

in my opinion not the country that did corruption but some corrupt state apparatus government and people who have position on government that corruption.
corruption can indeed occur in many countries, many state apparatus are corrupt, they do not carry out their duties properly and honestly, the government's unresponsiveness in combating corrupt perpetrators that causes corruption continues in various countries

Not all countries are corrupt, I think some small countries the government has stricly regulation about corruption and punishment was very strong. Some least countries corrupt was:

1. Denmark, CPI : 92, Denmark is the least corrupt country in the world with a CPI score of 92. The administrative corruption, business corruption and other form of corruption are very rare in Denmark. The country has a unitary parliamentary system with constitutional monarchy.

Queen Elizabeth II is the head of state of New Zealand. The New Zealand government follows the Westminster model. The judiciary of New Zealand is completely independent from the executive branch and the legislature. In that way the judiciary of New Zealand maintains the accountability and impartiality.

3. Finland, CPI : 89, Finland is a parliamentary republic and the Prime Minister is the head of the government. The political leaders in Finland have a strong commitment against corruption. Finland government also maintains a much transparent mechanism and efficient integrity systems. The independent judiciary and strong legal framework also lower the chances of different forms of corruption in the country.

4. Sweden, CPI : 87, Sweden is a parliamentary democratic with a constitutional monarchy. This country globally known for its high quality life, equality, human development, education and health. The government system of Sweden is also transparent and stable. The government agencies of Sweden considered the corruption as ‘abuse of power’. 6. Switzerland, CPI : 86, Switzerland has a federal directional democratic republic system for its government. Here, people have right to influence the activities of government through proper referanda. This direct democracy makes Swiss government as one of most stable democratic system in the world. The country also has a strong legal framework and effective anti-corruption laws. It helps the Swiss government to maintain a much clean system within their public sector.

7. Singapore, CPI : 84, Singapore is the fifth least corrupt country in the world. The country has a unitary parliamentary system with Westminster system. There is special agency called CPIB ( Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau ) in Singapore to investigate and to take legal actions against corruption. The powerful judicial system in Singapore is globally known for its legitimacy and impartiality in law.

8. Netherlands, CPI : 83, Netherlands is a constitutional monarchy with a unitary parliamentary system. The current head of the state is King Willem Alexander. The King is in charge of appointing the Mayors and Politicians to the government. The prime minister is the head of  the Dutch government. To keep the corruption level as low as possible, the Dutch government follows a transparent judiciary and effective anti-corruption programs.

9. Luxembourg, CPI : 82, Luxembourg is the richest and one of the smallest countries in European Union. It is the only remaining sovereign Duchy in the world. The low corruption rate is the another great thing about Luxembourg. This country has a unitary parliamentary system with a constitutional monarchy. Luxembourg government is highly concern about the implementation of anti-corruption laws. The administration within judiciary is also very transparent in this country.

10. Canada, CPI : 81, Canadian parliamentary system has three main branches, Monarch, Senate and house of commons. Queen Elizabeth II is the current Canadian monarchy. What makes Canada a least corrupt country is its open and democratic parliamentary system. Apart from that, Canada is also known for high quality life, educational system and government transparency.

7 out of the 10 countries from Europe and one each from Asia, Oceania and North America. Not a single nation from the Middle East, former USSR, Africa or Latin America. All of them except Singapore are having a rock solid white majority. That tells a lot about the population groups which are more susceptible to corruption and those which are not.

Basing on the current standing of most corrupt countries i wont deny that its included on the ranking 1-10 top corrupt countries which do really suck.It doesnt hear out good but ive been got used to it.Not all countries are corrupt which we can be seen on most successful or rich countries.Good for them that they do have a good government because proper application of taxes are being putted on infrastractures or on things that would able to help to the growth of their country which is actually good and should really be done but we cant avoid the fact that there are greedy bastards who sit down on the position and take advantage of those money that should be putted on what it used to be.

I think that corruption it is related to the culture of the country, the educational level and common sense. I can't say that a country is corrupt because in each of them you can find honest people. The people are corrupt.
