Definitely no, but most of them!
By the way, why do you want to invest in ICO?
There is a big quantity of different tokens with working product already trading on exchanges!

Yes, unfortunately this is true, most projects today seem to be scam projects, I hope that the situation will change very soon, because the market is full of projects and there are so many possibilities that the market may even die from so many projects.

Large number of ICOs are scam but there are still very few real projects out of them. The responsibility lies on you as investor to carefully research a project and get to know what they are working on, the credibility of the team and the use case of the token.

You can't view all ICOs to be a scam though some of them failed to implement what's in their whitepaper thereby making many investors to lose hugely but we still have many solid ICO projects that are doing awesome, you just need to know what you are investing in.

The market is not good ICOS campaigns out too much but all is rubbish and fire island. I can not be sure of the campaign now. By all means promise but no results and make us lose time on them.

There are Russian bounty scammers known to have multiple accounts such as 520bit and whitetoo and Russian RoyalTeam scammers

They purchase or scam accounts just to flood threads they are bounty managers for in order to create fake buzz and hype, then I would automatically assume the ICO must be a scam so better to avoid them.

Most of them are scams but not all of them are. Infact some are very valuable and are shaping up the crypto industry. And if you do the proper research, you can locate the good projects from the bad ones.

Well, it cannot denied fact that there are many scam ICO's in a thread. So better to research them further before you go participate or invested so as we cannot be a victim of scam. Mean while as i have notice in ICO's this time most concern is unable to reach softcap making not to recover after all.

All the generalizations are wrong (even this one, of course .... Smiley )
The point is that the crypto world is young, there are no control systems, and therefore it is territory for adventurers, cheaters and cowboys.
But this does not mean that there are not even serious and valid ICOs.

When it comes to inveting in ICO it can be personal because what you see as your best ICO project to invest in might be wrong or right so this can be done individually which means do your personal research in what ever project you choose to invest in. Not only checking the whitepaper but making sure you know what the existence stands for because there are many projects out there which are scam and nowadays it's difficult to differentiate if care is not taken.

I agree with the author, a huge number of ICO projects is scam. In my opinion it is even more such projects than 90%. Therefore it is necessary to be very attentive at the choice of the project for investments. The mistake can cost much to investors.

not all of them, but lots of them, first so many cheaters are here after they smelled the money but second is worse than it, teams believe in a project, they are good enough to the that, they make you believe and you invest but after they got the money, they think they earned well enough, even better than project if it works. so they cancel the project and just continue their lifes. there is no low for that. be carefull and good luck.

actually not all ico are scams, in my opinion ico scam do you think it's not what you think, because most of the ico failed to achieve softcap, so the ico project must be canceled, but that does not mean a scam, because the funds collected will be returned to investors

I think that not all ICOs are scam. This year, even chilnyh projects have fallen dramatically in price because of this, if the price has fallen, it does not mean that this is a bad ICO.
