There have been several rumor on that Facebook will been launching its own cryptocurrency. I have not seen or heard any official statement regarding that. Mark Zuckerberg only announced that he intends studying blockchain to understand how that technology works. This was said at the beginning of 2018 that he learns new things every year and blockchain will be on his list this year. But he never said anything about developing a cryptocurrency unless i missed that part.

I think so because they have banned other crypto ads on their site. Many people say that Facebook is going to launch their own ICO. It is good for the promotion of cryptocurrency in the world. Millions of people use Facebook daily. They will come to know about cryptocurrency and will put their money in it for their bright future. Cryptocurrency is the easiest way of making money. I have read some speculations that FB might engage into crypto and even make their own crypto but that's just still under their CEO's (Mark Zuckerberg) decision if they really wanted to engage in crypto. With that, it will be a blast on FB's success because a successful social networking site mixed with blockchain is something unique and looks promising.
Facebook has accepted the return of ICO projects and I also know that facebook has taken the position of director Blockchain to study the true application of this technology in the system management of facebook. This demonstrates the seriousness of Facebook's research and application to Blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, which Facebook thinks have their own coins that are just a matter of time.

Yes it's true. Representatives of the social network Facebook admitted that they will soon create their own crypto currency, so that Facebook users could make electronic payments within the platform through the Marketplace trading platform.
Its CEO is an IT expert and its easy for him to encrypt and have their own cryptocurrency. But i dont thing facebook coin can have a usage if it is already made. Facebook is free using internet. If we have to pay a facebook coin to use it then that would be the worst idea ever. Maybe a coin to support other things. They are so powerful in the internet, they can do almost everything.
Facebook should just stick with the bitcoin you could have to make the own currency it would be pretty dumb in my opinion but it is what it is though hopefully, they realize that big coin is really the way to go but if not then oh well

LOL this is a funny question. Why do you think Facebook will ever do such? Don’t mind some stupid people, they are fond of carrying fake news around to confuse others. If you keep on listening to them you will keep on making mistake. This fake news on Facebook having its own cryptocurrency started around the time they banned cryptocurrency and ICOs. But Facebook has reversed it and will now allow ICOs and crypto ads on their platform not without new terms and conditions. Would also love your feedback on Algebraix. i alse hear facebook will creat own crypto of facebook but now we don't see any active of facebook about coin of facebook,if fakebook creat coin i think it is good support for crytpo market and it can make good effect to crypto market
