Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) have had many issues with legitimacy in the past with this form of fund raising being mostly unregulated and many of them being outright scams so appropriate regulation would be a step in the right direction as long as it isn't too restrictive
ICO regulation is good. In my opinion regulation bring lot of community in crypto currency industry. I think regulation bring trust from investor. They can invest without any tension.
related to that, I also feel that crypto regulations need to be applied in this industrial space including regarding ICO project regulations, perhaps with the new regulations on ICO projects can reduce a little tension and concern about the issue of ICO fraud. and of course it is very good and can restore investor confidence as well.

For me ICO regulations is not that bad instead it is good because with certain regulations, we can filter out the upcoming ICO projects in which we can sort out or determine the good ICO projects from the scam ones so that we can only work out on a safe work place not worrying about getting scammed because we are being protected and being regulated by certain regulations. As long as the regulations are for the sake of good of everyone here in the crypto space, then regulations will always be good. Also, having regulations can work out the trust of the people once again for the reason that they can assure that they will be working into a safe crypto space because ICO projects are being moderated and regulated to avoid scam projects entering the work space we are all have been working with so that we can just enjoy our journey in the crypto industry.
Ithink ICO regulation was really good into the market. Because nowadays as the cryptomarket was rising many scammers arises too. In which case investors stopped believing in the ICO because of the scammers. Regulation should change this so that many investor brings back their trust to the ICO. And maybe we might not know that someday if regulation was never takes it place to the ico many good projects like ACI COin was able to attack by the scammers. So for me, ico regulation was really good to implement.
Better to have this kind of regulation, maybe if this happens many people will trust ICO again, and it will be live and for sure we will experience a healthy market again, but let's see if we will see any regulations, at the moment governments are still in deliberations regarding this matter.

Regulating of ICOs at this stage is a good idea because so many people in the cryptosphere have take advantage of decentralization and anonymity to do a whole lot of damages in the industry. Day in and day out we here of several scam projects that have ran away with the funds of investors. Having some amount of regulation is the best idea.
regulation to protect the investor from scammer is good and great decision.in the past month and year i saw lots of ico made exit scam after collecting huge fund.so regulation in ico is good.

If the regulation was ment for scammers it was definitely good. Because we can ease our worries for our funds. Because we didn't earn our funds for free, so we must make sure that we gain good profit.
in my opinion, if it is regulated it might be good because in the future, it will definitely be filled with serious projects, whereas if it is not regulated, maybe the scammer will be more willing to volunteer, so it will be better if regulated

Ico regulations are good because they were filtering out some bad ico's potential ico's that are manifesting in the ecosystem. It is good that we see some ico's remaining that we can conclude that it was legit.
Unfortunately, now there are a lot of scammers, so the regulation of ICO is necessary in order to ensure the safety of investors.
Regulating ICOs is bad to those who make it as a form of milking cow or for scamming purposes, since it is involve a lot of money for investment. Being decentralised does not mean that it is also be an anonymous, ICOs is synonymous for crowdfunding and IPO for stock, market where investors and traders are regulated and with accordance to the law.
This will be a disadvantage for scammers, if regulations will strengthen the security and screening for those who are qualified campaigns to enter the market that will be good. They will pass through a funnel and will probably decrease the deception. Those who are working right and just can be tranquil.
Yes it is very much needed. Cause we saw that in last few years the icos are mostly scammers. Most of the icos scam people took their money band disappeared. Some of them did very well as ICO stage but when it comes to product they failed to deliver anything. So in this situation ICO regulation is much needed. We should stop this scammers. But now ICO treand is going down and IEOs are the next gen fundraising. And for IEOs it's not possible to scan people atleast which ones are big.
I think ICOs regulation is exactly what is needed in the cryptocurrency market presently because the scam rate of most ICOs is very alarming but this will reduce drastically if regulations come into play, and projects have to go through several regulatory checks before they can start raise funds.
There will always be pros and cons. ICO regulations has its advantages as well as disadvantages but I think its good side will be more because there will be limited scammers in the crypto business and things will be well organized.
If the ICO is regulated, people will immediately start to return there, because there is not enough regulation for the ICO, because there are a lot of crooks in the ICO
ICO is full of scams, for me investing in ICO is very dangerous for our money currently there are more qualified and promising IEOs so it is better to invest in the IEO than at the ICO

ICO regulation has its own advantages in my own opinion because it will help to reduce scam projects that's currently rampant in cryptocurrency industry, it will also to reduce a lot of low quality projects.
