Or maybe developers need to really prepare their project first and not only depends on investors. At past there are not much ICO like now and their developer still can develop their project well.
you are right, maybe investors will be more interested in projects that have clearly seen their products and just development. I think it will be better than starting from the beginning. because all new ideas and levels of truth are still questionable.
Right, for now a lot of ideas come. But when they want to realize their project, problems will come and it can make affects for their tokens in market. It is better to make product first, or maybe when investor see developers have capital to develop their project they can attracted to it.

Of course this is the right idea to make investors believe in the ICO, now the future of ICO is difficult because of the many scam projects that make good ICO difficult to reach the target.

I think it will have a very positive impact on this regulation. Regulation is urgently needed in order to reduce fraudulent actions that have harmed many people. I think regulations will continue to be improved so that they can provide security for investors.

Need some kind of service to protect investors in this market. Otherwise, it's like some kind of casino. When you invest money there should be at least some guarantees.

At the moment since there are no regulations on ICOs, many projects are pretending to be legit but at the end becomes the reason of looting the money of investors. In short these kind of projects are scam. Actually not all projects are scam but due to not having regulations it's quite difficult to identify a legit project.
Because of this still there is not much confidence in investors to invest in ICOs
Applying regulations will ensure the safty of investment to some extent.
At other side, due to not having regulations, blockchchain technology is kind of open book to start ups for researching different kind of ideas to implement and to gather the funds for development. So to some extent so called research by startups will be restricted.
But from investors point of view, it's good to have regulations.

If the ICO sphere is regulated, it will be a plus, of course, because ICO will revive and attract new investors and create more new projects

It is time to apply strict regulations to prevent scammers from using ICO, by 2018 more than $ 100 million in money was lost because of the ICO scam, if there was no regulation it was feared that the ICO's future would soon die.

That is very bad think for short time ICO regulation because the crypto market position is very bad and the number of investors is low. So it seems to be a very difficult thing to develop success ICO in a short time. So, Now I think that the planned ICO are better days at the long time.

Regulation of ICO is very necessary as investors need to to be protected from getting scammed . They have been numerous cases of scam projects which scammers make away with huge amount of money and never get punished.  In a way it gives a sign to other scammers that they too can launch a scam project and also make way with huge amount of money without been punished or caught. Scamming is inevitable but atleast desperate measures should be put in place to reduce the rate.

It would be strange if government in any country do won't going to regulatory the ICO. It's unnatural for state system let collect such big money without control of government. That regulation should be provide to protect investors also. Because now to many scammers collect money and disappear without any punishment. It should be changed.

It has long been necessary to regulate ICO because more and more companies are creating their projects to raise money and after they disappear forever with all the money, so we need to do something about it as soon as possible so that as many people as possible will believe in the cryptocurrency.
It is the reality here, the first stage of ICO was really good, lots of good project were created and until now still existing.
In the run, it got popular and it was taken advantage by the scammers, lots of investors loss their money and they got disappointed in crypto, they are potential investors in the market, we need them back and the only way is when crypto will be fully regulated.

I think this year there are also many good developments for the ICO project. and there are also ICOs that are scams, so there are also many people who lose their money, so I think you should be good at choosing a good ICO so you don't lose anything.

My question is if IEOs are more regulated than classic ICOs? I think that yes because crypto exchanges are regulated, so they have to do only things that are not against the law.

Seeing the many phenomena of ICO fraud that continue to flourish in the market, I prefer the ICO to be regulated only by the official. But I expect this arrangement internationally. Settings not only by certain countries. I hope that there is one special agency that handles ICO including giving permission and giving status whether trusted or not. With those who regulate this, I am sure there will be no more ICO fraud. All ICOs will be trusted and be more responsible in carrying out their projects.

More and more countries are planning to regulate ICOs. China, Canada, Russia,... I think this in an development nobody can stop. Do you think it is good or bad that ICOs will be more regulated in the near future? What positive and negative influences will it probably have?

I think there will be more investors like professional managed funds or even retirement funds which will invest into ICOs. The prices for ICOs will then become even more expensive and make it more difficult to make profits for small investors.

If it isnregulated it won't be decentralized anymore. What we must do as an investor is to be responsible and review an ICO and it's legitimacy for us to avoid getting scammed and supporting scam projects.

Imagine, even a scam ICO takes their time and effort to conduct an ICO, web-design, fake white-paper, advertisement, bounty, announcements and etc. If no people are doing what they must, this scam developers will not even get a penny and would've wasted their time and effort. The possibility of them making another scam ICO with different names and scheme would be less likely to occur if they get no support from lazy investors.
