ICO regulations are very good and essential for this market as scammers will directly be stopped from this method and no scam ICO involves the market. My believe that regulations may work for the betterment of investors.

Is ICO regulation good or bad? It’s only good,
the team must pass acceptable standards for issuing tokens, introduce mandatory rules for the protection of investors, and therefore we will be partially confident in the success of the project.

I think the industry is even ripe for regulation if we want yo move forward and leave the dung hill of daily uncertainty and ICO scam. Regulation will build trust for the industry thereby bringing more money and investors.

If you consider opportunities for very large investors, this is normal or even better to say this is good, because large investors will definitely not invest in projects that have a very high percentage of risk.

I am not against crypto funding but I am against to unregulated ICOs. If an ICO believes itself, regulations cannot be a problem. It will handle it.

It is a good and a bad for everyone.
Regulation will make the community stable and eliminate those scammers in the ICO market.
Though it is not a healthy thing now in the market. it causes fall of prices but once regulation is done and crypto is accepted in full blast this will give us good.

Yes, the biggest problem with ICO at present is the scam flood, which is due to the lack of supervision.
Regulation will not kill the vitality of crypto. On the contrary, crypto will live healthier.

For sure regulations of ICOs is inevitable and i believe the next trend after regulations will be the security tokens. A lot of real life companies could join to crypto through security tokens issuing.

regulation for ico is very useful ,, to maintain capital security from investors who invest their funds in an ico, as well as to avoid the scam icos so ico becomes a healthy place to invest

There's good and bad, good because we will only see legit ICO with a real team and real project, bad because we are in a decentralized industry and majority of the people in the crypto world do not like centralization and regulation because this is meant to be decentralized.

It is good. Just take a look at the market and you will see that the market is overrun with scam coins. There needs to be some kind of regulation that will prevent just anyone from creating coins and pushing them into the market. There has to be some kind of rules or else in a couple of months, there are not going to be any kind of legit icos left to invest in.

In the case of crypto it can't be something good because crypto is independent and its regulation will lead serious problem like lack of people and money.

Regulation is good everywhere but it must be balanced and correct. In the worst situation it will bring so many problems that the collapse will be here.

Apparently South Korean government will make a move deciding if the ICO will become a legal model.

From one viewpoint it is sure on the grounds that the security methodology will put fringes around the ICOs, taking note of and checking tokens and issuing speculation hazard alarms. In case of a high market hazard, the arrangement announces a high likelihood of denying and suspending such Initial Currency Offers. So soon, great promoting and guarantees won't be sufficient for the ICOs to make their presentation.

I think that regulations in some scale is necessary thing for cryptoworld at the moment. There are a lot of scammers right now attracted to the cryptoworld as it was earlier in the Wild West. Regulations must attract to the market honest people and must be liberal enough to don't interfere with its development.

It is a very good idea if ICO will be regulated ,because of the so many experiences of the participants that the ICOs are scams ,at least if it will be regulated it could be closely monitored and filtered while being launched, this might prevent from scams activities.

I think there is a negative and positive impact if the regulations is going to happen. The market being decentralized has been exploited by many illegal activities which results negative views about cryptocurrency but if regulation will really happen then this could be minimize.

I think that it should be self-regulating organizations with minimal state interference. Otherwise, the whole meaning of this method of investment will disappear.
