I think that it is better to buy in ICO because there is a big discount and i am sure that if the token or coin will get listed we can surely earn on it. The only problem is when we were be get in touch with scam ICO because if the ico is scam we can surely loss, i believe that there are a lot of legit ico than fake we only need to choose the good one who has a great team and transparent at all times. However it is always depend on investors if they wanted to buy on ICO or in market because we have different sight if taking about ICO.

in fact the main reason investors are afraid to make purchases during an ICO is that too many projects end up being fraudulent after they have made a lot of profit. one of them is BCNEX, if you still remember this project. not because of the bounty hunters. bounty hunter only gets a fraction of the total tokens.

After the end of the token sale it is late to decide to buy in ICO or not and same can be applied to the stage of listing in the exchanges. Investors never want to wait for the listing depending on the investment amount and big players buy directly in the ICO stage (mainly pre-sale).

It seems to me that today many users of cryptocurrency still defend the company's ico market, if there is a certain confidence in any projects.
