I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

This is true, but do you know that buying on exchange sometimes might result into you competing with traders. Also, if care is not taken, you might end up buying at higher price, because some coins not too long surge above ICO price after some days.

In the period of such a long stagnation of the cryptocurrency market, when many promising ICO projects cannot collect even the minimum amount, and if they collect, then their tokens listed on the stock exchange immediately fall in price many times, it seems to make sense to buy them already on Exchange after they fall in price. This is provided that you are confident in the prospects of these tokens.

there is a simple rule why ico projects had a such hype and were pumped hard after ico. For instance, ico blockchain project asked 15-30m$ and at the same time other mature projects had 100-200m$ cap.

Actually both is same thing more or less, thanks to bear market most of the icos' price that sold past 2-3 months decreased till to ico price even less. Of course some good project still stand up than ico price but there is not so differances. Lets view some them; phantasma price is 0,0052 in the neo pair, ico price was 0,0037, it means still very cheap for buy. You can check what are the ico price of the good project and what is the price now in that website "https://tokenstats.io/" It has very useful information.

Well everybody have his or her own choice for me I like buying during ico why because I always like buying with discount but it’s just risk but buying when it’s already in the market is more secure.

in my opinion, the better to invest in market, you know. Because so many scams with ICOs you could to find. Just don't risk.

I think today it is better to pick up a token from the market. All ICOs go below the price of a public sale. And it is better to look at the projects that are preparing for the launch of the main network, which are developing those parts. For example, the project IOTEX. In the beginning of 2019 the launch of the network, already finished the test network!

It will depend a lot on the benefits you get if you buy at ICO, the only attractive thing about buying a coin during ICO or pre ICO is that usually there are promotions that give you a huge amount of benefits, such as exclusive access to material in beta or more coins for your purchase, there are many ICOs that use a loyalty system called hodler club, you also have to take that into account.

Well, if you are afraid to invest in ico, then of course you will not get a lot of money compared to if you would invest in ico , but of course if you are afraid then buy at the exit to the exchange

Do not buy in this bear market condition as the market running crash for a prolonged period of time. If you want to put your money simply select a good ICO having the best project and wait for the secondary market and buy.

Despite the general consensus that it's dangerous to invest in ICO's, I believe that any investment that shows significant signs of future increases value is worth taking part in. Reading potential investments is never easy, but the principles always stay the same.

The major question needs to be asked is:

Is it solving a big problem for a large amount of people? In the crypto realm, that means whether or not it can be used safely and securely.

There are more benefits to invest during the ICO, the main one being the tokens are way cheaper!

Good question... Couple of months and probably a year ago ICOs were a goldmine. It presented a great chance to pick up tokens for a ludicrously low price and hold them until listing for a guaranteed x3, x5 or sometimes x10 profits. I made some good profits from ICOs back then as I understood the game properly. Fast forward to this present day, the reverse is the case. Purchasing ICOs now is like flushing money down a pipe hole. The market conditions have meant only a handful of projects do well once they get listed. The best idea these days is to wait for a coin to get listed and dump to over 75% of ico price before buying in and holding for profits which may never come early. It has been working so far, just ensure you buy only coins with good prospects. Those ones take a shorter time to appreciate in value after the dumping.

Recently, a lot of tokens fall in prices after going to the market and that is what is scaring a lot of people to buy tokens during ICO. But I have realized that if the team is good, they will find a way of buying back the tokens to increase the prices.

Currently, the ICOs are performing very bad. September ICO Market Analysis by CoinCodex showed, that none of the ICOs had positive ROI in September, the best performing was Tolar which dropped by 45% when it hit the market. I would wait with ICOs right now and buy them after they hit the market, unless there's a one that's really hard to get into.

I can say buying at ico and in to the market is very risky. Buying in ico means you are investing to that project and believing to the potential of that token that it can give you a good profit in the future. And if you buy to market that means you just see the worth of that token because it become popular or because the value of that token increase.

It is good to buy during ICO because you will receive some bonus tokens when you buy tokens during their pre-sale or ICO. Also you have the advantage to sell it quickly if the price gets pump or higher than the ICO price. Because the bounty hunters will receive their token after a month.

Of course, it would be better to invest in cryptocurrency already in existing projects that are on the market, but still it is more profitable to invest in ICO if the project is really good, I would probably invest without even thinking.

I wish it were true, but it's very situational. You can buy only after appearing on the stock exchange, in the first days.

It depends on the market situation and the product. But for me, in this bear market it is better for me to buy the coin when it is already listed in the exchanges because usually the coins are being dumped.
