everybody started to praise "red lanterns". bounty is advertising this campaign even in non-related topics on the forum in order to receive awards.
it may be more profitable to invest in this coin and buy it from the market instead of buying it in ico

and we can use the chance to buy the coins when the coins fall in the market especially if the price is down too deep so we can buy much amount for this. but sometimes, we can also make a big profit if we buy the tokens during ICO but this does not always work since there are too many ICO that we need to select. and only luck that will help us to find a good ICO that will give us a big profit after the project is launch in the market.

All too relative and depends on whether you want to stay within the project, or you only need a profit. For profits work better through the market.

It really depends on so many factor, you need to do your due,diligence, you need to understand what affects token price and how they affect the price of a coin.

1. PRE/PRIVATE SALE INVESTOR - you need to consider how many % were given during the pre-sale/private sale, this guy's are heavy investors and the are comfortable with a 2x-5x because they must have invested a large amount of fund.

2. BOUNTY ALLOCATION : you need to know the %of coin allocated for bounty and know how that could effect the price of the coin once on the exchange. Off course not all bounty hunters would keep their coin for urgency and many money factor some might sell off their coin it's also affect the price of a coin.

3. THE PROJECT : as an investor you need to consider the project ideology, what problem is the project trying to solve ? Does this kind of project needs blockchain technology ? Who are the potential users of this coin ? How does the coin relate to the platform ? The goes on . . .

4. TOKEN METRICS : here you consider the total supply of the coin, the amount  they are trying to raise, is it too much so such project or not.

In all understand that it's a green light for a coin to have low pre-sale bonus, low % allocated for bounty, there should be need for a project to use blockchain and finally the amount they are trying to raise should be reasonable.

If all this are in place you can then make judgement either to buy during ICO OR ON EXCHANGE.

Well, I observe not anymore. I see the decrease of portion alloted in the bounty. It may be reasonable for that reason. however, it is still dependent on the developing team how they spread, push and manage their project and coin in Choosing market or ICO.
