Many do. Basically, everyone buys tokens after entering the market. Where can they be taken at a lower price because bounty hunters knock down the price by instant selling of earned tokens.

Depends on the situation and trends in the market. Good ICOs are anyways shifted to lottery basis bcz of the influx of participants. So its always better to get in the ICO but of you cant then u should consider buying from the market. Also sometimes the market condition is bearish , i those scenarios u can anyways think abt not buying in ICO bt from the market.
I think it is like a gambling, if you want to be rich then you can buy during ICO, and if you lucky enough, the price will rise after they are listing on the exchange. But on the other hand if you want to play safe, you buy when they are already on exchange. So what will i choose..?? I choose to buy on the market, because it is too risky. I better get a small amount of profit than loss a big amount of money.
It seems to me the safest thing to buy already on the exchange. So there will be less chance of getting on a bad project and losing all your money
In my own perspective i think I prefer to buy during market because then I will be sure of the project that is; how rigid the project is and how stable the currency is in the crypto market.

It is best to buy at the pre sale stage if they give a good bonus. And if not, then at the exchange.
Yes, Its better when the project is really legit and the product also. but without some legit or working project its not good to buy during ICO. I like to buy new coin when bounty hunter dump there share in the market and I just full my bag.sometimes I got at a cheap rate from the ICO price.
I think it is best to buy on ICO because it is cheaper but it contains high risk than of the market. Is also think that it is far more profittable to invest in ICO than in the market.
At the moment, it is more profitable to buy after entering the exchange! First, you can put a stop loss and not go to the big minus, and secondly you can buy cheaper than the price of ICO!
If you believe in the project then definitely get in during ico but please do alot of research first. Otherwise get in later when they are up on exchanges.

It depends on the coin. If the coin is really selling like hot right from the start, then you better not wait for it to get listed on exchanges . It is really wise to buy at the time of ICO because price level is still low, or let say normal. After ICO, price may go up and down depending on supply and demand, including news that may affect price fluctuation in the market. So it can be better to buy on a market and ICO 
If the token or coin of the project you want to buy is a product of a legit project, it is better to buy it when the sales of token generation or the main sale or ico but if not then buy it in the market.
I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

It's true actually but depends on the project, if the project is really good. They will not open crowdsale and only in private sale, their token sale will sold out fast. Once the token listing on the exchange, the price will go up 2-3x directly, but for project that have bounty, once it hit on exchange, the price usually will go down. #Datarius
yes, this is possible especially at the etherdelta exchange, you can see there that coins are sold at a price much lower ICO
If you believe that a project has a good potential according to your researches, I think taking the advantages of the ICO selling term would be more profitable.
