You are right and it is happening to most of the junior members. But there is some hope inside to every bounty hunters that they need some good project and surely they will get good returns.
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.

This your narration is a very frustrating experience. I would have preferred a situation whereby the token your are carrying the signature gets listed within two weeks of completing the bounty campaign. I don't like the long waits. How do you feel?

That is worth the working time. At least there is a period where you can work online if you wanted to be active.

I will not say that I like it. But I do not see any other way. I'm waiting for the calculation of rates. Therefore, I will not remove the signature.

Many of bounty hunters may experienced this kind of scenario. It may feel disappointed for them. Some may scared to join other campaign. But what in the end is we learned a lesson it is up to ask if we will trust other campaign or not. For me, I will treat it as a lesson and also as an opportunity. Maybe I was unlucky but who knows I will lucky on the next day.
For some bounty hunters, bounty hunting is not really in favor to them all the time since there are really ICO's that are just a scam. If not, you will have an alt coin in your wallet that maintains its market price below the ICO price. Sometimes you'll think that you are just wasting your time.

It really happens to me back when I was just on a member rank almost half a year of signature campaign only to end up with $70 it's kinda frustrating if you are doing extra mile like instead of 15 posts you are doing 25 posts a week, this is the kind of thing I avoid in my future signature bounty.
Bitcointalk froum rank plays a major role in earning from signature campaign as a newbie your weekly stakes would be the least as compare to other higher rank members and I would suggest you always try to do 4-5 week signature campaign. 50$ worth of coins in 2-3 months is not a fair reward but I would advice you do not sell it instantly you must hold for sometime might be it can rise and pays you much more reward for your little more patience. Inspite of this Its better you focus on participating in translation campaign, Article campaign & youtube campaign that pays you more as a newbie as compare to signature campaign.

For me, when you do any kind of work, we need to have faith and love in the workplace as hard as it goes. And what you are doing i think, which is the honor you have and you have confidence in the campaigns that you follow. Your hard work will be rewarded. So continue the work you did when you had confidence in the manager. How do you feel?

I'm here because I get to make money, and as for the long campaigns,I also try to avoid. Of course it's cruel for 22 weeks such a small amount.
Yes i think it is the worth for the work and waiting only for the right time when the rate is high and we sale our coins in the market and get the right profit get from all companies after doing the work because this work need more patience and have more trust in this work.
I try to participate in companies that go 8-10 weeks no more, because often for a large amount of time I was paid a penny or even scammers are.

why do you have to be anxious and think about it, I think in this industry there are many choices to bring every benefit and activity. of course you have to have good education and insight about knowledge about trade and investment. so you can explore without waiting for the results of the bounty campaign. think about it
In my opinion waiting is a better thing, as long as crypto market is still not recovering then doing other work is a better thing, I always believe that the market is recovering so it will wait.
Obviously this is what I too have planned the entire market is struggling at this moment we need to be patience and focus on other works because something is better than nothing. You cannot always expect a good show in cryptocurrency market. Yes desperately it depends on the situation now it is slowly gearing up let's wait and watch the last quarter of this year. Hopefully it will be good.
If you participate in bounty campaigns you should know all the advantages, disadvantages and risks that are associated with them. the distribution of the award does take a lot of time, but in this market situation, most projects do not want to send out their tokens and conduct listing on the exchange, since the price for them will be much less than the one that was on the ICO.
For me its a yes since the price could jump in and make you a lot of profit... The crypto market will surely increase since many people are joining and investing to a lot of altcoins and also bitcoin. Its worth the wait once your invested money is increases a lot.
I wonder for a long time, whether the whole effort is worthwhile.
