I think it's worth.this coin even now looks quite promising, although it does not exist for so long,then why not take advantage of it?
My choice is NEO because it has huge potential in the market due to team activity and they want to explore their development phase to the next level. After launching they secured very good volumes which makes us to more positive news in the coming days. So NEO is always one of the best long term investment.
Personally, I think NEO is still a good coin for long term investment. Neo is quite likely ETH and as you know, ETH is no.1 altcoin. Now, NEO is 11th cryptocurrency in market. It has alot of potential and expect how it will devolope in 2018.
NEO has had an amazing run in the past couple of years. People who invested $1k just 2 years ago got a six digit return. That is a good indicator that this tech is great and that it has a bright future. NEO did hit some bumps along the way. The whole network went down for an hour or two when one single node went offline. It is a thing to keep in mind but that seems to be fixed since it never happened again.
Of course the NEO project is a very good project for investing in the long term, I think that today many projects can not be compared with such a project, it seems to me that such projects can not be ignored by the community in any way.

I want to say, if that's true, NEO is a good choice for long-term investment and I believe it will be next Ethereum. And you have to hold NEO for the long term in my opinion. One of the other great benefits that NEO has is the number of languages it supports. Unlike Ethereum that depends on its own language, Solidity, NEO has support for some of the most popular languages.
Bro you should not lose hope for neo,specially when you bought it just for a month or more than that. Neo is not short term but a long term investment.
Don't worry cause the whole market dump and pump everyday, even the king of crypto world still can be dumped to 6k$ so it's very normal when another crypto dumped as well. NEO is being supported by the biggest country in crypto world, China, and it'll become the next ETH soon.

A lot of people said chinese ethereum for neo. I searched a lot about neo , then I bought some neo at 0.0085 btc. But it dropped at 0.0072 now. I know the market all down but neo dissapointed me. What do you think about neo for long-tem for neo ?
Look at the market very badly now. Everything is at the very bottom, absolutely everything, and neo has been rolling down for a year already. But it makes no sense to merge now
Not only were all projects in NEO long-term. HODL 'is no longer long, not too long.
but for coins that have high potential it is very good to be long-term, because to get a big enough result it's easy because the high-potential coins often experience good price increases

NEO is like Ethereum's cousin. Same opportunities, different audience. Neo is more focused on the chinese crypto market, it supposed to be the smartcontract platform for the majority of chinese ICO. There are a lot of investors in china, and the prospects for neo are huge, unless the state doesn't press hard or prohibit ICO at all, as it was done last fall, when NEO immediately fell in price by almost 2 times. I keep holding it at 2-3% of the capital.
of course,neo is one of the solid coin in the market,its platform is much powerful than ethereum's as it is theoretically quantum proof,more future proof than ethereum,neo is more focused in smart economy while ethereum specializes at smart contracts which is why i am investing to neo over ethereum as neo is much cheaper than ethereum as of the moment.

Yes, this past weekend I spent my free time to dig deeper into Neo and all the progress done. Conclusion is I'll continue to buy on dips because I strongly felt this Neo should do very well in the coming year as more projects get build on top of its platform. Already a boatload of new ICO projects are being announced during the events/meet up/blockchain conference held lately across the globe. With more coming. So 2018 will be a busy year.
If we look at the trend of NEO for the entire period of its existence, it can be concluded that this is a promising crypto currency, but has not yet reached its heyday. Because I'm looking at NEO for a long time, well, at least half a year. I think NEO is a good coin for the long term investment.
