It is definitely a good time to invest in ICO, but before investing you have to research about various ICOs and find good ones for investment. There are a plenty of scam ICOs, they simply run away with investors money.
ICOs is always the best trend to invest right now, but ICOs is always with 50% is scam. You must read the company infomation carefully and decide to spent money into it later. Research skill is nescessary.

Yes,now good time to invest in ICO . But buying good 100% trusted ICO. First knew about many ICO then invest and full care full to invest it. Some ICO is scam.

I think before investing in any ICO you have to nake an intensive research on what you are buying because investing in ICO is risky. If you want to make most out of it I think you should buy ICOs when eth has a high value and the token you are buying is fix in USD per token.
I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!

Today is bear market and I think market will go for bull market soon. If ICO coins are scheduled to list on some exchanges at that time, it will be good opportunity.
Although most of the ICO is a hoax, ICO risk is very big, but I think the ICO profits also is very big, so I would invest ICO, because can get high return, that's why i still invest in ico.
I know that there's alot of ICO's that are scams. I've never invested personally, but i would definitely take caution and do your research!

It would be the same concept as investing in stocks. Distribute your money in many different baskets to reduce your risk. Low-risk, low-yield.

Although many times they might seem lucrative investments, ICOS are still highly unregulated and I consider them as high risk investments in my portfolio. I never invest a lot but when I do, I like to really try to read all the news about that token and what the token solves by way or problems, who is the team behind it and their credentials and go through the whitepaper with a fine tooth comb. Now that ethereum prices have fallen it might be a better time to inves tin ICOS but then again eth prices may flunk further in the red, so your guess is as good as mine. Take investing in ICOS as gambling with a margin of calculated risk.
I wonder a lot of people who would be going such a huge risk taking out loans for the sake of making huge money. For some, they get lucky while some just don’t.ICOs are good, but the truth is that no one can really know what the outcome of an ICO would be and even those investing in ICO with their real money always take a huge precaution and it bothers me when I see a lot of people on this thread saying they took out loan, bought into a scam ICO and ended up losing everything. Can humans be really that stupid ? Anyway, nice advice you have given there to everyone who cares to listen.

I think yes because ICO promising high profit even 10 times profit in amonth, to make better profit in crypto market you have to try it even any high risk there. Alot of ICO now offer good product and service. But before jump it make sure you have good strategy and money management to reduce the risk and you have to learn the purpose of the project and what problem will be solved, the community and the team founder.
For now, the entire cryptocurrency market is in a downward trend, so investing in ICO is a good option. How to choose a good ICO project? I think it mainly depends on the popularity of the ICO project, and the more likely it is to profit from the more popular ICO project.
