Paypal is under protected of the US goverment . So it's hard to say it's a scam. Only you violated some rules of them so that why they block you.

While everything is good with PayPal, but naturally he is hit by bitcoin, his former technical director, latinamerican entrepreneur Wences Casares is one of the early followers of bitcoin, and actively races it, created his own Xaro wallet for storing the bitcoins. And this says a lot, all the people holding leading positions in the world of finance have a lot of bitcoins, because they like no one understands its potential!

No, I think it is not. It was just have many frauds based on my brother who are currently working with a bpo company he also said that they do avoided to work with the PayPal company because it sucks. There are many people who calls/complain to appeal with their locked accounts in which usually caused by fraud activities.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.
I also had a problem with paypal before. They have actually a lot of issues and complainsts from the users. What I did is I used all my paypal funds, some them were transfered to my bank account then i totally closed it. You better use your remaining balance.

Paypal is not a scam, bu-bu-but! It's very annoying,  I used it last year but my funds were stuck about 180 days without reason being stuck, I did not do anything illegal, paypal was over sensitive, someone just sent big moneyand they said that  they suspected that it came from illegal. Very annoying! And now, bitcoin will replace paypal as email do to penpal.

I don't think it is scam since I am using it until now. I don't have any issue about it like what other reports have been told. But I know Paypal system has its own flaws. Hackers now adays are very wise and the developer can't prevent or anticipate their actions. Paypal is not a scam. My transactions their is smooth and I have no bad issues about it.

PayPal is the largest internet's business, even we have to honest transactions with paypal are larger than my bitcoin, I am paypal users over 5 years and all payments are no problem.

Same here, i dont experience any problems since i used paypal, and also the security level of paypal, securing my account is also securing my money, thats why i have no problem about paypal, and its not scam. Paypal is also one of the easiest way to send and receive payment to other people, since its hassle to go outside when i have to send money as payment online, using paypal is more convenient than manual money trsnsfer.

Paypal has some questionable business practices but you can't call it a scam, its a fully regulated company used by millions of people after all.
My account was never free by paypal. But I do not blame paypal because it's my fault for some reason. Paypal will not harm you if you obey their own rules

Paypal is not a scam site it is a legit one, they are just mark as one maybe because of their high fee charges. But it still a trusted money tranfer site. specially when you joined an investment site and their mode of payment is trough Paypal! you have no choice but to register and use it.

I don't think that PayPal is a scam. still, people are using it randomly. but they have some difficulties in their rules, they should be aware of it otherwise PayPal will face heavy competition in future.
but until today, it's fine.

Paypal is not a scam. It is used by many before until bitcoin came. But for some reasons, even if it has a strong security all transactions can be reverse even if you deal a couple of days or weeks. That is why some people might call it as a scam. But difinitely it has a good ipact to online payments before until bitcoin appears. But until now many people still use paypal for their transactions.

Because of that reversible transactions many hated to use PayPal. There are legit people that are sending their products to their "potential" customers not knowing that they are going to reverse their transactions. So the seller or businessman is going to blame PayPal about it and will finally name that they are scam but the real reason is their customer.

It's the same for credit cards too, this isn't specific to PayPal. PayPal offers protections to buyers the same way credit cards do. The difference is you personally face clawback instead of a company. If you were conducting business and taking credit cards, a buyer could just the same challenge the transaction and you would face the same types of clawback. The laws are such that the seller has the burden of proof, because previously the sellers were always companies and the buyers were individuals, so the sellers have had more clout and the laws are designed to protect buyers. The laws have not kept up with the times as the economy has empowered individuals in conducting commerce. That's probably the real issue, it's not paypal-specific.

What questionable policies specifically? I've used them for years and everything seems perfectly reasonable given the nature of the business. The policies are well-defined and accessible, nobody has a reasonable basis to claim they aren't aware of them.

Sometimes there are many users who get loss due to paypal policy. Then they say that paypal is a scam. But it is a rule that already exists in paypal.

PayPal is definitely something that you should try to stay far from because the people that are in charge of PayPal don’t really care if you lose access to your account or just lose the money in some kind of odd situation. I like to use Bitcoin because I can only rely on the network to get the right transaction results.

I think you're wrong because if you don't do anything wrong then you will not lose money in Paypal and you should follow their terms. I'm using their service over 10 years and so far never had kind of issues with this service. They are best to buy things online from unknown persons because they provide a buyer protection. But if you use bitcoins then you need to go through escrow and need to fee double fee and also delay your transactions. Nowadays I find bitcoin is good for investment not for buying things from unknown persons online.

I'm not saying paypal scam. But I see there are many cases of fraud with paypal or the theft balance on paypal. PayPal is a great company. But the system is still vulnrable to hack
You are absolutely right And then I agree with you completely. First there is no evidence of any that PayPal scammers, but the fact that the user is breaking himself some conditions and because of this something does not work, so there are some problems. But this is not the fault of the PayPal payment system.

I agree also. It is depend on how the user used there account. some account are hack and paypal is not responsible for this and they are very legit.
