PayPal is not a scam. However, their currency exchange rate is extremely bad and sometimes they do freeze your funds if they think something is wrong. They have good customer service though.
Paypal also restrict my account for 180 days this is due to some transfer of money coming from different ip but the Ip that I'm using was dynamic then i had to go to a lot of process just to recover my account,like submitting a lot of documents. I've seen many big online shops offering payment through PayPal, and they must somehow cope with PayPal's policies

It's not a scam. They're ratings are a little lower because of the way they handle business. They always favor the buyer in a dispute if you're handling digital goods you have to be careful became they will take your money.

PayPal is definitely not a scam. Things are all good till you noticed one fine day your funds are locked. Real issue is whether you have faced this kind of situation or not. I think the actual debate here is on the quality of Paypal. It's most certainly not a scam at all, it would have been outed ages ago. Alot of people and businesses have been using Paypal for years
Paypal is not a scam cause i used it before , paypal is a good option for paying online purchases,like spotify, netflix and in some online stores. But when bitcoin is making its name i left paypal, cause bitcoin is much better.

I do not think it's a scam, but there are a lot of people who are stuck in there, I have a lot of people using Paypal, and they all tell me that this is a good store and deal but there are still a lot of people Feeling unhappy with PayPal, but the reason is that they feel dissatisfied? Because PayPal is not the best software today and not perfect
