I do not think that the regulation of cryptocurrency can make it better. It seems to me that the cryptocurrency will lose anonymity in this case.

The regulation of crypto industry means that everybody takes it for serious. Without suitable regulation this market will die someday under it's own pressure. Current situation looks like the end of wild west period at the end of 1900s. It's just unavoidable step to move forward.

Regulation for Cryptos is like a double edge sword. First, regulation goes against everything that decentralization, blockchain and cryptocurrency stands for. Crypto was originally intended for financial freedom, without intermediates, Limitations and no one to tell us how or where to use our money. On the other hand, regulation would help curb the problem of scams in Cryptos and it becomes harder for scammers to operate. In all, I do think, It's good but It comes with disadvantages.

I agree that regulation will do something good in Cryptocurrency. Even if we oppose it now, in the long run, we will still need to be regulated to be able to protect us from greedy scammers who wanted to get something for their own benefit. Will it be easy? I think not and we will surely experience trials and difficulties during the process. But eventually, we will be secured and fine after that. All doors wil be open and acceptance will be possible.

Regulation is good for cryptocurrency market or ICOs. If market regulated by government, i think it will increase investor confident and regulation on ICOs will protecting investor funds

I find this impossible, because when controlled by the government will not cause new breakthroughs for this crypto market anymore. Slowly stabilize your thoughts, and hope you have a better way Grin
Well I think regulation is good thing for us in all industries because it will remove the fear of being scammed. It gives the feeling of protection but in case of crypto currency it is not possible as we know that the world of crypto currency is so wide that it is next to impossible to control it but still hope for the best.
I agree with you, regulation in crypto is now necessary. I hope that the presence of an authority that will save crypto from scams will also correct the situation with the falling market.

Depending on the side of the divide you fall, regulation may mean different thing to you and you may also judge it in your own way. But in general, it will not be a total bad idea nor a good idea for crypto to be regulated.

On the one hand, regulators will give entry to institutional investors with a lot of money, as they will create the rules of the game, and on the other hand, they lowered the market, and crushed it for themselves, although everything could be better,it is difficult to judge, but one thing is for sure when there are clear rules of the game,

If it is created only to protect investors then it is good, but other things are bad, I mean stalking and tracking people.

yes, I strongly agree with the rules in cryptocurrency, so that there are organizations that regulate this cryptocurrency, and also for investors, it will be easier to invest in crypto, so there is no fear of being scam.
It seems to me that you are very much mistaken, because there are a lot of scammers in the cryptocurrency market today, and this field of activity is very strongly attacked by hackers. Therefore, for users of cryptocurrency, there is not yet a quiet life.

On the one hand, this is good, since regulation will help to solve issues related to a large number of fraud in the world of crypto-currencies, but on the other hand, cryptocurrencies lose their independence from States and in fact it is becoming more and more centralized.

I think the kind of registrations that many in the industry wants is not the exact intention of the government. The intetest of government around the world most is to know how to curtain Cryptocurrency and also over tax Cryptocurrency holders and this will not be good for the industry.

My opinion about the regulations of Cryptocurrency is that it is good for the overall market. It guarantees additional security for investors and a sense of legality. With this many who are scared of investing in Cryptocurrency because it is unregulated will now have a reason to get involved in it.

I don't have an issue with regulations but I believe all I want is a transparent body or Authority that might be able to provide extensive Solutions to the Cryptocurrency Space. But I do not know if they we get involved in hiding funds also. But if regulations comes into the Crypto world maybe the market will be all good for all and sundry...
I agree with you, regulation is not a problem if it is transparent and displayed to the public. However, it will not be useful if there are regulations in the crypto market, because selling or holding a coin is a personal right of each person. It will only make people get away from it.

Regulation is not good nor bad. it always has 2 faces for everyone.
One side of it will be the tax might implement and the identification of the wallet owner might be at risk. (not 100 percent sure)
But this is the other side that i am sure with. global adaptation will occur and many countries will let cryptocurrency enter their nation./

It seems to me that the regulation of cryptocurrency can deprive us of freedom, but I would certainly be against bitcoin and other top coins to be regulated , ico here but I think you need to adjust , as there are many many scams and steal our money

Here one can argue for a very long time about the benefits and harms of regulation on the part of the authorities, but I am of the opinion that any regulation on the part of the authorities makes a very strong monopoly in this sphere. On the other hand, regulation makes it possible to get wide application.

But what about the anonymity, all the principles of cryptocurrency are built on it. Perhaps regulation is positive for the industry and individual projects, but in general it kills the blockchain base.
