I do not think it will beat Bitcoin to take up the position of the top 1 cryptocurrency market.But the price of the ripple will be strong in the future. Its price in the next 2 months will be $ 2.1 and you should buy it at the present time. $ 0.48 is a good price to buy. Think carefully and decide wisely.
It could be, because who are behind it? who sells it? answer those questions and understand the essence of the issue, they know (imean Banks) that they cant kill bitcoin, so they need to get as much of it as possible, but without paying a full price (greedy their nature

Yes according to me Ripple is a very good cryptocurrency because most of the banks and other institutes around the world using the technology of ripple and because of that I am sure ripple will be great. As other cryptocurrencies are facing problem around the world by government institutes so ripple is a better choice because it's working with those institutes.

Agree with you, but i make some clarifications: ripple is not a cryptocurrency, it is simply a protocol for bank organizations, which brings faster transactions and exchange. XRP has no real functions for ordinary people, so that it will never overtake other crypto like ether or btc.
Ripple can not be the crypto currency of the future. The future is behind decentralized crypto-currencies, and not completely centralized and manageable, although this coin itself is very useful in the banking system. However, let her work there. I’ve got to be honest with all of you. As much as I like to predict, I am not sure if XRP is the currency of the future. The last time I owned XRP was way back December last year. I bought a few of them at $0.77 per XRP and sold them at $3+. Not bad though, but I am not sure if they are really going to be our future. It is either we are wrong or right about our prediction.
It is very difficult to say about the future, By anythings behavior, we can just predict anything of that.
People will definitely like it and start to deal with this if ripple gives the perfect return and facilities to the public.

Well if you're asking me if ripple will gonna be the currency in the future then my answer wil be a big no! Due to the current condition of the crypto market nowadays almost all of the crypto currencies market value out there are very much affected and many of them are very much under valued. Ripple is also affected so there's no way that ripple will be the currency of the future.
Ripple is a bubble that will shatter in the future. They can not match the other coins in the market. On the other hand, the Crypto market is falling sharply. Perhaps this is the hardest time on the market, real potential coins will continue to exist. Ripple will take over next year. I do not think the ripple will be potential in the future.
I do not see any reasonable reasons for such a pumps, so that a possible very rapid sharp collapse. 
I think Ripple's marketing strategy is very good for the people behind it. I hope they can directly visit Ripple from the bank directly.

see the development of ripple at this time seems very good to buy and hold it in a long time because I see altcoin have potency big enough if we make to be investment.
I would not say that only XRP (Ripple) is the cryptocurrency of the future, but I am quite confident that the altcoin will be subject to stable growth in 2018 and be able to make no less than X10 return on investment from now on. Along with XRP other potential coins worth investing now are Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRX Litecoine. I think that if you divide your investment funds into equal parts and invest in the mentioned coins, you will be really impressed with a result obtained at the end of 2018.
