I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

You must have a strategy for trading, especially for technical analysis. It is important to be able to maximize trade. I think every risk is always there, especially at the current level.

in fact this is like anything else that we often do. when we do something new, whether it's working in a new place or trading, we will feel stress, workload beyond expectations, and boredom. therefore, when we feel that way, rest is one of the solutions and of course, before that, secure our assets so we don't have to worry for the next few days

Trading is really stressful especially if you're a newbie. The first time I learn how to trade, I wasnt able to sleep. I keep on thinking if it can hit my set sells or buys. But as time goes by, and by doing some research, watching youtube, I already learn some few strategies.
More sleep is the best way to get rid of stress. And also add some relaxing music.

Yes, I confess.
Last year, when btc price was very high, I sold out some btc and invested in alt coins.
I was thinking it's smart idea but now, in such way, I lost even more money.
Btc price drop a lot but alt coins even more.
Well, I decided not to worry about it any more.
I'm in ''waiting'' mode, hoping the best Smiley

Stressful, yes. I just ended up losing my coins in my bad trading. Eventhough i am reading articles about trading even for the basic terms. Or maybe i am just scared of losing more? Right now, i stop trading but just a pause for this stress. Soon, after i have rest and clear my mind, i will just set some goals and plan better to have a better trading techniques to be more successful. Also, reading more articles and stories on how to be more good in trading. Maybe this step by step training will help me a lot.

I personally stopped trading and chose to be a bounty hunter. because stress in trading makes me unable to predict and make analysis. but I don't waste my time. I still look for crypto via bounty. and that makes me more calm and can see good coin prices.

By the way I trade for swing trading then for me it isn't. I just have my proper way of entering the market so that I wouldn't have any problem with any of my trades.

Of course, after you have done the work using capital and you have not benefited for 3 months, surely it will stress you out, my advice is to go to the mountains to relieve your stress, because of the beauty of the world in that place.

What do you do to relief trading stress?

then don't do trading!
it is obvious. if you find it stressful then it is not something that you should be trying, for your health if not your financial situation.
there are millions of other ways in the world that you can make money or profit on an investment and many of them have lower risks and stress compared to trading.

I used to get so stressed when trading , in the end i gave up because it was
devouring a lot of my time and energy. In the end I personally didnt make any
worthwhile gains for what it cost.

Not everyone is suited to trading, there are those who excel at it and others
who dont.

Yes because until now I am still holding all my coins that I have bought before the bearish market began that is why I am doing bounties instead.

One of the best yet most stressful decision that I have ever made it life is to decide to day-trade Bitcoin. You can backtrack my Bitcointalk post history and find that I once was a BTC/USD and BTC/Alt day trader - for not long. It was going smooth for the first few days and when real life kicks in, the stress starts to fall in. In the end, I decided to give up and recover what I could - it was a negative ROI.

Just try to listen some music or watch movies (i recommended to see comedy movies ) that's make myself better  Grin

I've decided to stop trading at all. It's too bad for me

That's the right things you've made, you don't need to push yourself in a hurry  actually. There's a time for everything, maybe for now you need to learn more a lot rather than to give yourself stress when your in trading platform. And you will be stressful if you don't any knowledge and idea about what you are going to do as a traders when you are in the actual trade.

I just started playing blockchain games. I like it more

trading on the crypto exchange is a hobby for me and I really like it. so when you feel bored with this trade make this an entertainment and not a serious thing, and don't forget you need to add insight into the techniques of trading in crypto.

I place orders on the middle term. Therefore, for me the trade did not become tense. On the contrary, I now spend on this much less time than before. Since the execution of the order has to wait longer.
