Any currency are been used to any illegal activities aslong it is not fake and acceptable by any banks, and if you travel in different countries well you can see really that they are using their currency to buy those illegaly forbidden by the law. And thats the reason why my conclusion is this since currencies are powerfull and it can make the good to be worst.

Off course everything where you can pay with on earth is used for illegal activities becuyase there are lots of people in the world getting much money with illegal activities and i think that cash is the most used thjing for that. not even the bitcoin.

Definitely fiat and crypto currencies have been used to fund illegal activities. Hence the government's negative reaction towards Bitcoin, where payments are deemed to be anonymous and untraceable.

Yeah i think both of you actually have a good point. It really doesn' t matter as people who into these activities will always find a way. It's possible even that some are already using btc, though i think it already is being used now. So the dollar, being the main currency right now, is definitely being used for illegal activities.

Like you state the portion of people which use crypto currencies are very small, compared to the mafia transactions that uses money as diamonds to make and run their business. Soo people ask if bitcoin is being used, sure it allows to buyers and sellers an extra privacy that fiat cant provide.

There is no point for those who are a part of criminal networks to not use something like Bitcoin or some other alternative cryptocurrency as a form of exploitation. They will do it with whatever they want to use, whether or not that is Bitcoin, USD or some other currency. At the end of they day they want to make money and not get caught, and Bitcoin is one of the ways to do that.

I think all the currencies around the world are being used in different illegal activities since we have our own currency. It is not right to use money in this kind of activities because it will destroy many innocent lives and other things here on earth. To be honest, some of the people in the government are the ones who are doing illegal activities like putting a protection to a drug lord that in return he will be benefited and will be paid with a large amount of money and so on. We can't trust everyone that is in the Government's position because some of them are really evil inside. They are just hiding their true color under their angelic names and faces.

Of course since all the goods and commodities price were based on usd. And not only usd but all the world's currency. And the transaction now for illegal trade and anything illegal became more easy because of the invention of the bitcoin and other digital currency.
