Roma has also turned into a team that changes managers very often and this really disappoints me. I believe they aren't managed well as a whole. There is no patience. They just sack a manager right away after a short time. Mourinho lasted longer than De Rossi though but it must be because of his career. If he didn't have a solid background then I'm pretty sure he would also say goodbye early. 
While Roma is busy changing managers other teams are sticking to their managers and using them to win games. Milan just won their game with 3-0 and second on the table but Roma are 9th.
