Roma has also turned into a team that changes managers very often and this really disappoints me. I believe they aren't managed well as a whole. There is no patience. They just sack a manager right away after a short time. Mourinho lasted longer than De Rossi though but it must be because of his career. If he didn't have a solid background then I'm pretty sure he would also say goodbye early.

This can't go on like this. You just can't expect every manager to be like Xabi Alonso.

He is even the only example of his kind. By kind, I mean a young manager. Maybe De Rossi was going to do better in time...
Yes, the current Roma management is always in a hurry to make decisions and wants to see instant results from the coaches they bring in. Even though this is clearly very difficult to realize. Because no matter how great a coach is, it definitely takes time to adapt well to the new team he is coaching. Maybe the actions taken by Roma management are almost similar to those taken by Chelsea. In fact, in my opinion, the actions that Roma is taking now can be said to be worse than what Chelsea is doing. because in these two seasons Roma always changed coaches during the ongoing Serie A season. So with this I am sure that Roma will not experience an increase in performance. Because if Roma continues to change coaches without first looking at the process that the coach has built, then it is certain that Roma will experience significant setbacks. But what can you do, now Roma has brought in a new coach, namely Ivan Juric.
I don't know much about Ivan Juric, but basically he has coached several teams in Serie A, such as Torino and Verona. So, if you look at this, you can be sure that Ivan already knows what the football atmosphere is like in Serie A. This is indeed quite good capital for Ivan to coach Roma. However, this alone was not enough to bring Roma back to their best performance. So in essence, Ivan Juric has to work hard to be able to bring Roma back to its best performance. Because if Ivan Juric fails to restore Roma's best performance, I'm sure he will also be fired early like what happened to De Rossi.
