Recent dip indicates that bitcoin is in a healthy correction, as you ca see the pump yesterday is the prof that bitcoin slowly recovered from the dip last month, but it is too early to say that bitcoin will skyrocket soon, i think it takes several months for the full recovery of this bitcoin, for now while bitcoin is in the dip we better to invest/buy bitcoin because i am pretty sure that bitcoin will pump more than the current all time price hike before.

But, you should be as fast as possible, otherwise it'll be too late as BTC will now grow greatly.
You have to decide in situations like this whether you believe in the long term growth of Bitcoin. If you have a strategy and think it will grow in the coming weeks, months, years then absolutely you should be buying, otherwise, obviously not. Only ever buy though what you can afford to lose as there's no certainties.

This is really a good chance to buy COINS, the price of the currency has stopped down, now buy COINS, at the end of February, the currency will return to the price of $10000, over the coming months COINS will reach $20000, it is very possible

It's a good time to invest to bitcoin and don't just hold it for 2-3 months but if your choice is like then you can. Did you know that bitcoin went $19,000 last time? The logic is there's a possibility that bitcoin can go back at that price so for the current price of bitcoin which is $8,000 you will earn enough when it reaches back to $19,000. Although you can also sell when it reaches $10,000 and so forth. 
you either buy, ignoring all the ups and downs and all the drama because you believe in bitcoin in long term.
or
you wait for the bottom and buy as soon as you see a huge % dropped like the 60% drop that bitcoin had or wait for the recovery to show some signs like when the price started jumping up to $6500 from bottom and you jump in too.
so choose which one of these approaches you want to use. if it is the first one then buy now. if it is the second one, you are too late. right now the strategy is to wait and see where things go. if there was a dip to $6k again jump in, if there was a rise to $9k then jump in.
or

In my opinion, when BTC reached 6K, it was the perfect time to buy.
But now it is still a good investment. My answer is yes - it's a good time to buy BTC.
