Perry has an 0-1 record in boxing. I don’t believe his success in BKFC will translate all that well in gloved boxing. His wins in BKFC were against old MMA guys. He doesn’t really have an adequate level of experience to succeed against even a low level boxer like Jake Paul. The size difference will also be a factor against him. If Perry has a good chin, then Paul might struggle his way to a decision win but I don’t see an outcome where Perry is a winner.
Yeah, and most likely that's why Jake Paul pick him up as a late replacement, I mean in paper he looks good, could be deceiving as he is a Bare Knuckle "Champion". So that is the key there, that word that could create hype in this fight and as if we see him taking a big risk against Perry.
But if you look closely at Mike Perry's record 0-1 in boxing and then he had like barely weeks to train and condition himself, while Jake has been in the gym for many weeks already and could be in his peak, not overtraining but about his his absolute prime come July 20.
