The procedure of KYC today strongly resembles compulsory verification used in police stations, I think this is a violation of people's freedoms, so I do not take part in such operations, especially when you are a bounty hunter.

KYC is for only costumers that's why don't get it why bounty hunters need to pass kyc, we are not a customers we are just joined the bounty, well not all bounty required kyc so we can choose which campaign we want to joined.

Most of the bounties I participated in didn't required KYC, but some added KYC for bountyhunters during bounty. I don't think it is fair and I avoid any kind of KYC.

If you chose to do KYC be advised that KYC documents can be used to steal your identity and allow someone to present himself as you. It can be used in all kinds of criminal activity...

I belive some ICOs are made for the sole purpouse of collecting KYC documents and information about users.

KYC information and documents can, after being collected, be sold on black market.

Even if people that do ICO don't intent to sell KYC documents, it is question how well guarded their system, on which they store KYC information is.

If it is not well guarded the KYC information can be compromised by skillful hacker.

Conclusion is: avoid doing KYC, and if you do it be aware of the risk it carries with it.

I believe that only real solution for KYC is to use KYC companies as intermediates which handles the KYC process and are interested in keeping your data safe because they want their reputation to be as good as possible.
The ICO team how little interest in keeping the data safe.

I agree if bounty hunter must doing Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures because it needs to prevent the fake account that joins the bounty campaign. And for the ICO project owner, they have valid data for the bounty hunter or their investor as well. KYC is necessary for bounty hunters and investors.

If I think this is not the best solution, because now I've sent my data to some famous company on an Ico, but I never know how dangerous it's all I've done, but if it's part of their ICO rules then be the best .

I hate those to be honest, but more than that I hate bounty campaigns that are silent about the KYC right before the Bounty is ended, so you have already done all of your job. And then you get to know that kyc is required.

Doing KYC when getting the bounty payments is a hassle to us bounty participants, the anonymousity that crypto promotes is being disturbed by this KYC process.

In the event that the ICO is genuine well this is a decent move from them, they will effectively discover abundance seekers bamboozling or joining numerous records in one campaign, this will open another open door with the new abundance seekers around the gathering and will keep miscreants from manhandling efforts to get more stakes.

It is very unreasonable to require bounty hunters to provide KYC. Why do these people want to do this? Bounty hunters advertise for these projects through their own efforts. They do not participate in ICO, nor should they provide KYC. At least I will not provide KYC to any team because it is actually not safe. These are my private information. I do not want to reveal to strangers I have never seen.

Oh(if we would like to stop this process..unfortunately we can only not participate in such bounty or not to demand remuneration for the work done (in case of KYC announced after the end of the bounty)

actually, KYC is very good because it can reduce spam, but if KYC is difficult, many bounty hunter who do not participate if KYC is announced from the beginning. but if KYC is announced when the program is over and just waiting for the distribution it is very detrimental to bounty hunter, unless the kyc document is requested only id cards. but if we ask for a passport and don't have passport the passport, we will not receive payment even though it has been working until the program is completed.

I don't think it is necessary for the bounty hunters to undergo KYC.
The bounty hunters will only receive a little portion of the tokens sold or minted. It is not that significant actually. What I agree with the KYC implementation is that it will cover those who invested in any ICO with a significant amount. Those who invested with little amounts can even be exempted from such process.

KYC on bounty hunters is very dangerous because we don't know who are the people behind that  we  are sending our personal information.  On the other side, developer doing that to be sure that there are no multiple account joining their bounty campaign.

I don't like to give information about myself. Even if it is related to bounty and cryptocurrency. I believe that the crypto world should be completely anonymous.

I don't like this idea. no one can be trusted, why don't we ask for their documents?? I'm afraid that my documents will fall into the hands of scammers, it's very scary. I believe there are two reasons why they ask for our documents:
1. To really check bot status and the belonging of people to the bad
2. It's just a way to cut off the participants. because only 50% pass the KYC  the rest I'm afraid

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

I do not believe in KYC. We participants should know who we are working with because we are not the one who scam. We are the one who are being scammed and not paid by the team. Giving personal information to people we do not know is a dangerous thing. They can use our information without our consent.

In my opinion development will definitely reduce multiple accounts on bounty campaigns and bounty hunters will be left with the option of verifying their identity before joining a particular bounty campaign.
