That's right leave gambling if you didn't know how to control yourself especially your emotions and if you don't know how to control yourself if you are losing or whenever you are winning because eventually this gambling will destroy your self so it would be better if at the first place you know how to control yourself and balance the gambling session as well as the money that you are playing with or gambling with.
We all know that gambling is a vices that we need to stop but if you know how to handle yourself then probably you can come bling whenever you want as long as you know your limits.

You already have the money so it would be not a problem anymore to date girls. But in your case, it seems you found your happiness in gambling. But for those gamblers who really are in deep debt owed to gambling, I think they need to evaluate their situation and maybe, gambling is not for them. On my part, I gamble from time to time but only using my extra money, so gambling has no big impact on my financial situation. So far, it is not destroying me but rather providing means of entertainment whenever I have free time.

well not really . i can always realize if there is wrong with me even if i still have a balance on my gambling acount . this is stopping me for continuing but for the majority yes , they will only realized it when they have nothing or already broke due to too much gambling . people like those needs help so how can you say that its useless to tell people to stop ? im pretty sure that there are gamblers that are tired and will decide to stop and they are only waiting for someone to tell them to stop a.k.a encouragement on the other word .

Quitting faster when getting losing streak is already something to do, no matter how much you have funds that can be spent in gambling, because when you have been unlucky in a few days it would be better for you to take a break. Yes if we want to not destroy our life because of the gambling you need to not addicting playing.
Because the number 1 reason why gambler destroy what they have because they did not control while they playing and also they are greedy to the profit that can cause losing more money.

But it is also the hardest part of gambling, to avoid getting addicted.
Being greedy is already in the nature of a person, removing it seems to be impossible. The only thing a person can do is to stop for a while if they think that they are getting addicted, that way, they can prevent from digging their own grave.

That is was hard and of a big challenge when sometimes you've been getting into addiction. Many gamblers whereinto that situation but they can make themselves leave gambling because they consider this as a source of income. And supposedly it wasn't a good idea but that gives them a life to keep and feel that they are secured in gambling rather than finding a job outside. And for us who still have a chance to escape for a horrible to be in the gambling, we have to make it before we got stuck and be addicted.

I always raise this point that gambling for the sole purpose of making huge money by taking a risk in the form of testing your luck is the mindset that makes you vulnerable to gambling addiction. Anyone who wants to escape from addiction shall limit his time and money for gambling immediately.

What the OP said is really true. If the negative aspect arises whenever you gamble and it outweighs the positive impact in your life, I guess it is time to move on and forget gambling. I know it is easy to say but hard in real life. And that I think is also one of the major struggles of gamblers. Those who want to change their gambling habit is in their difficult phase and needs will power to achieve their goals in life. One should always remind himself why he is doing it, should be doing for himself and not anybody else.

If the reason why you gamble is to impress other people ( not generalizing, especially women to degrade their dignity ) then you are on the wrong place. gambling isn't for attracting people because of money stacks on your table, gambling is a showcase of skills and critical thinking to gain a profit. Women will come at you at time, women that is attracted with money is not the one for you, really.
