I guess he's using the surrender option/rule of the special dedicated Blackjack table. I’m interested to know what feature you are considering when playing on Ezugi. They are too inferior in terms of user experience and table design compared to Evolution gaming games. I’m interested to know what makes you play often on this provider because I remember having a bad time playing on one of their Blackjack table.

I play Evolution and haven't had glitches with them, Ezugi is slow and unreliable I agree, so far I've had two cases of issues with them (slow verification with livecasino being one of them) but in the end it's all resolved, I hope they don't test our patience too often...

Ezugi is one of the shittiest live games provider for me. I have worst experience from them since I have missing bets that they didn’t refund.

Thanks Steve, this explains the mysterious cashback, I am grateful for your help. The check with Ezugi makes sense now too, they haven't been the most reliable provider. I had bets not paid and hours needed to resolve the issues on other sites with them too, but they have better rules so I still play them a lot.

I wish the support team could have been more transparent with me, if they told me they are waiting on Ezugi I'd feel much safer, rather just saying we have to wait.

Quick update, after 2 hours of review the mysterious bonus was successfully withdrawn to my wallet. Maybe I should have given them more time on my withdrawals earlier...

You are restricted on their sister company with their rewards that’s why they are trying to investigate your account on livecasino for the same reason you are restricted on Bitcasino. AFAIK, An Ad hoc cashback is a special cashback given to new user. I remember most of the bonuses name like that before. I think it’s separate bonus on the monthly cashback.

There is now an interesting twist, when I went to check my tournament scores I saw an "Ad hoc cashback - USDT (WRx0)" reward of $6400 deposited into my account, this should not be the monthly cashback since it's not yet "first weekday of each upcoming month by 17:00 GMT" per the monthly cashback term. I checked with live support and they said my account is ok and I can withdraw that cashback without wagering so I started another withdrawal request, what do you know I am now back in the manual processing queue for the third time....

I don't consider this reward my money until it hits my wallet so I guess I can be patient with the check this time and let's see how long it actually takes and what comes out on the other end.
