Long-term investment is a good investment, safe and useful for those who are less experienced in trading. If you are new to the cryptocurrencies market, then it is advisable to invest in crypto top 4 markets such as BTC, ETH, EOS, XRP, ADA. If you invest in these cryptos and hold for long-term, you will undoubtedly be profitable in the future.

I don't know how some one can "feel" long term investment. I guess you wanted to ask "what do you think about long term investment". Well i think long term investment is quite better than short term and is less associated with risks in case of bitcoin and other crypto currencies. This is because, in the long run, the price of bitcoin will always tend to go up where as in the short term it will fluctuate up and down.

I generally see that long-term investments do not work on cryptocurrency(or works in very small quantities)and it is better to trade in short trades
Long term investment in crypto market is always better way to earn good profits on your investment in my opinion. There are many coins like Ethereum, Neo, Waves, Stratis in this market which having high potential to grow more. These coins are best investment as per my knowledge to gain good profit.
You can sarch good altcoin of coinmarketcap web link https://coinmarketcap.com/ In-which you can find cheap and good potential coin and you can investment it and holding some month's or year. BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC etc. these coin best of investment for short and long term.
I think long-term investment is the best kind of investment.I prefer holding over trading. If you hold the right coin it will give you some pure profit. But choosing the right coin is hard nowadays cause there is a lot of coin in the market. So better you do some research and then invest. And if you want to play a risky game invest 10-20% of your portfolio in a small coin.I chose ETH NEO WAN HT EFFECT EOS and ICX.One more thing never listens to anybody do your own research.THANK YOU>

I have invested BTC way back 2015 and hold it for a very long time until I sold it last December 2017 for about 18,000$
That is the power of long-term investment, holding coins is my bread and butter when it comes to crytocurrency world. I have a business here in Philippines, and 30% of my profits monthly are alloted for investments in cryptocurrency. Right now, I am holding differents coins whice are BTC, ETC, LTC, EOS and Ripple, I see this potential coins or altcoins that could bring huge profit margin in the future. I chose them because of their potential growth, sustainability, security and profitability. You have to do research before getting into something that's involve with money in order for you to avoid lost, I suggest that you peak at least TOP 20 coins in the market today in order to have peace of mind, just avoid coins that do not have solid support from the community and developers. 
Because on the long term investment i do believe and got a lot of future if i hold it long enough and also that investment is good but still it is very time consuming so you must make sure what you are going to invest

I keep these coins ETH, NEO, RIPPLE & LITECOIN cux it's the most popular and well the stable coins I think long term investment is the best option to make the money huge. 
In general, I think that the crypto-currencies have just been created precisely for this kind of investment, because with such a pace of development of the crypto-currency sphere, it will be very a pity after a few months of investing to earn less than you could earn if you did not withdraw money, but would remove them in a year or in 5 years. But there is always a risk that this project will not be able to live that long.

But such examples are rather rare so the main challenge is to find such good projects on early stage (ICO or right after exchanges listing). I would suggest to invest 75% of your money in blockchain platforms for long-term investments and use only 25% for short-term. This is my strategy and it works well.

- I'm wanna feel that long term investment has less risk compared to short term investment,but it will depend upon your knowledge in skill.-You must priority to buy only strong and popular coin,to make sure are grown in the future.
-Before your start to invest make sure ,take time to search and read some article and concept about your bet-coin to minized your lose or mistake.
at some point long term investment is good but at a sustainability of crypto market lead to risk. Only invest which you can afford to lose. golden rule

But as a long term investor you should be ready for the risks you're taking. "the longer you have to invest your money the bigger the risks you can take". If you're thinking about long term goal like college fund or something, then long term investments may be suitable for you.

If you are still in doubt on what token or coin to buy for long term investment, take a look at Coinmarketcap and choose among the top 10 Cryptocurrencies in the list. If you are using Bitsler, just look at what coins Bitsler site is accepting, most likely those coins/tokens are good for long term.
I choose coins like LTC, NEO, CS and Monero as long term investments. I invested by selling my etheureum and bitcoin to the coins because I have confidence that the coins will improve in the future. in contrast to short-term investments, with you investing in the long term you will lose panic when the price of the coin falls because I have the confidence of the coins that I hold of potential future.

I see lont-term investment as the most secure and the easiest way for investment.
Now, it is only the beggining of crypto and it will grow more in nearest couple of years.
And it is very unlikely, that this industry will die.
That is why, i believe in long-term investment of main coins like BTC or ETH.
