I think if you do not have experience in trading then the best choice for you is to use a long-term perspective, so you can count on a stable result

I want to say if, With the lack of detail and just post with such tags, I think this will not bring many people to replace the equipment to mine this one. I think there might be a better way to present things to the crowd giving them details about what these are. Also, another thing to watch out for is the tactics of some of our developers purchasing the very pre-mining of this coin and throwing it in the market.

Crypto will be mainstream. When the day comes you can buy a cup of coffee and use BTC. Till then it's going to continue to be volatile. But i'm in for the long term - will check my portfolio again in 2019.

How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?

for bitcoin and ethereum I choose long term, because it will be more significant result received and for tokens I always sell it immediately, because for me the profit from tokens is not too big.

I think  Long term coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum for example are good, and i believe you will see most profits from there.

Yes I am currently looking at all the time. Long-term investments can get more value if I sell over and buy back a bit lower. I have an investment not to sell it. In the long run that continues to increase for the most trusted cryptocurrancy.

Long term investment should give the largest gain, I am long term because more of profit, you will get a chance to be billionaire if you get a lot of profit.
But it depends on the amount of investment.
For the short term investment that can give gains in a short period of time altcoins but I happen to sell them quickly because of a need.

I like for participated at short term trade and holding my altcoin or bitcoin, by short term trade I can take profit in daily time although little profit have I earn. I like it because I can increase my earning day by day, many person was take little profit by trade on long term, they have difficult looking for another thir passive income. I most like short term trade because we can manage our money for everything we want to buy.

Try to look and see the big picture. Short term pain, long term gains. try to think like an investor, meaning long term holds of 2 or more years in cryptos you really believe in.

During the red market it is difficult to choose a strategy that will surely bring profit. I chose a long-term direction. I bought coins and wait for them to rise to the level I expected.
Indeed if the market is down we should choose a long-term strategy of course,
because if we choose the short term it seems to be detrimental to us for sure,
hopefully in the near future market conditions can be recovered soon

Both long haul and here and now objectives are smart thought for future ventures.

Here and now coins are for exchanging and procuring enough benefit like in only a quarter.

Long haul are for the coins that you're holding that has a low cost this time and expanding moderate.

Coins like Ripple, Tron, SiaCoin and other billion coin supply monetary standards.

Almost 80% of my portfolio is long term and i will hold them for several years, i don't like short term approach because i feel like the token/coin hasn't unlock its potential and the price that i will get is quite low so it's better to hold until the value goes up and i will keep it as my retirement fund.

I think the risk of long-term investment is smaller, and I can't spend a lot of time on day trading, so long-term investment is the best choice. I invested in Ethereum and EOS. I think these two cryptocurrencies will have a future. A lot of room for growth.

I prefer long term because I can not analyze the market, so just choose a coin whose potential is good for the future. in the long run does not require us to check the market every day. different from the short term we have to see the market all the time.

I keep my money fixed for 8 months as an ether. I can not risk to buy it because of the high price. I am patient and I am expecting it to rise, but I am still waiting.

Well, this depends i with the kind of approach one prefers, we are different types of people with different approaches, BOTH OF THESE APPROACHES WORKS IN the long run. just that one works better than the other, short term holding  gets you value on the coins over a short term, This is a technique used mostly by traders seeking to make profits over a short time,  Long term holding on the other hand has been said to be one of the best ways to gain value on coin as its given time to grow and develop and realize its full potential

I have invested too little time in this market, so I don't have enough experience to do day trading. I have purchased some excellent cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and EOS. I will hold them for a long time. I believe that waiting for the market to pick up will bring huge benefits to me.
