I'm tired of sitting around and waiting for everything to turn green and we'll see good Growth. I am looking for promising startups, I look closely and go to them after the ico, as practice shows in 90% of cases, the price drops significantly and make XX much easier than to participate in the presale.
How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?
According to this, my choice now is long term. But Before I invest I have to do some research first so that I can distinguish the long term or short term hold. So until now I still learn some adequate technical analysis I have switched to only long-term a group of Altcoin promises.

In my opinion, both have advantages and disadvantages. But it is better to choose long-term investment because it can get more value if you sell above and buy back a little lower. Many are taking the risk of choosing long term because they know that it can benefit them bigger.
My investment portfolio almost always lies in the long term, because the market is not in the best situation now, so it is better to hold it in order not to lose a lot of interest. But it is possible and to bargain is not bad, if there is knowledge. This is enough for today, my advice is long and short-term trading.

perhaps top 100 altcoins are better than 30. They can give your more profit than those in top 30 and they are still safe enough to invest. However, there are still risk in short term investment. If you do not need money immediately, just invest your money in those long term coins. I think you have chosen a very difficult way to earn money. Both these coins are the basis of the market so they have the least volatility. I think if you trade this pair, then the income will be miserable.
i preffer long term because of my work. i have to work in day time so i dont have enough time to follow every coin every day. that is why prefer to invest for long term projects and wat for a good bullish trend in the market.
i have several failed short-term investments . the encryption market changes too quickly . the best strategy is to predict the long-term trend of a coin . long-term investment is the right way .
If you can get a profit on a short distance, it's cool. Personally, I only lose money when I often trade, it is difficult to predict the price.

Short term is suitable for experienced traders, and those who can successfully predict the change of the crypto .Long-term are for the good coins that you're holding that has a very low price this time. I always has been a backer of long-term investments. But in future maybe I will start to trade. Nowadays it is difficult to practice something like short-term trading. Moreover it is almost impossible to predict if the price will fall or rise tomorrow.

100% is for a long term vision in here, i have almost everything on strong cryptos just as bitcoin, ethereum and a few other coins that i trust with my entire heart, but it also depends on the time and the moment that the market is passing.
i do focus on long term benefits mostly but there are some oppertunities you need to avail in short term, the cnclusion is when the price of any strong coin falls just hold the coin and wait till it rises again
Short term needs to spend so much time which not all people in the cryptoworld have.

Here we will definitely play about the irregular up and down prices. I bet about 50% between the two runs. Because I am here just looking or playing at the price alone and I only invest small scale. Although in that way I always get enough profit.

Personally im prefer to dealing with long term deal, So I still keep some BTC , ETH as my asset. Then how about Short terms, that is kind deal with play around world (altcoins / tokens), No big deal, but I did for a good pontetial , That is probably happens once good news so able to given an effect of price.
