In my portfolio long and short term are approximately equally distributed. But the main profit I still have on the short term.

Short term is suitable for experienced traders, and those who can successfully predict the change of the cryptocurrency, earn more than on long term
Agree with you. But i think that long-term is also so profitable as short-term and trading, so this type of investment in pretty good for all people who wants to make money and know more about cryptocurrency.

How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?
I'm too exposed to stress for short term or even daily trading. Thus I choose long term investment tactic.

if in the business, of course, I will choose the short term. because the short-term risk level is very small. it is useful to further develop the business for the future.

I am handling it pretty well, as of now I think I am going to stick with short-term investments specifically because IMO short-terms investments are easier to predict and are less hassle than always checking one single coin day after day. Whilst in short-term investments I only wait for the pump of the value then I sell it, I usually do this on new and fresh projects that still has an ongoing ICO, but of course, I make sure that the altcoin I am going to invest in is legitimate and can profit largely after its release. I am risking 50% in terms of my investments because the other half is in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Those two coins are my long-term investments, and nothing else.

65% of my portfolio is for long term, that means 6months to 1 year usually those are the coins that i bought cheap during ICO period like vechain, Nuls and Ethlend i sold few percentage but after correction i bought back again, few percentage of my holdings are from my bounties when i got the chance to secure some tokens from bounties i make sure that i will read and follow the project, If they have a good project, active team and community backing i'm keeping 50% of my bounty.
Short term for me are those project that will going to have some events usually i will purchased 1 month before the event and sell once it hits my target price.
So basically it depends on market situation and type of coin your holding, But as i mention 65% of my holding are for long term so it's long term for me..

In my opinion, Long term= can be very profitable but needs a lot of patience, while Short term= tends to be very risky and stressful if you are not well equipped on when to properly trade.
I am yet to see if my long term investment startegy can ve helpful but one thing I can agree is that trading can be very stressful if you aren't an experienced trader or have bots . Yes it's difficult to compete with the bots

The best way to invest is to evaluate the project and not take into account the fact it is an ICO, there are many projects out there that have not felt the need to raise x amount of money prior to doing anything, a prime example of this is bitcoin itself.

I started relatively recently and have not even tried short term, I mostly invest on the advice of experienced comrades, who already made some money.

I hold my asset in alt coin most of it like 70-80% and hold the other assets in bitcoin like 20%. I hold it for long term, i do short term only for trading it is just about 10-30% and take the amount from Bitcoin assets after short i gave ot back to bitcoin.

He does not want to assess the short-term price movements of cryptocurrencies.

I'm not trying to predict when the market will bottom out, although I can feel it. I'm not going to predict the short-term trends of these assets, and I believe they will be more valuable in five to 10 years than they are now.

I think it just two tipes of coins - some you should seel at first pump, some you should hold for a long tim before sell( maybe a year).

Long term and short term invesment both are gaining profit but i rather to choose the long term i think it has a big profit from it rather than short term, in short term you can encounter some risk or you wanna quick income.

Only a long term. A short-term period is like a casino if you do not have an insider.

Long term and Short term!
Long term is thought to be buying and stocking a certain coin for a long time and not selling it either up or down!
Short term is to buy and hold it for a certain period of time. It can be from 2 to 3 months and when it is profitable to sell all the coins!
Here are my thoughts on long term or short term coin!
Long Term: ICO https://www.traxia.co/ Platform built on the network Cardano grid, with Ceo Cardano and also the ethereum classic ceo!
Short term: Ocn with Advisor Is Ceo of Tronx justin!

Holding coins must prefer in Long term because we cannot say what will happen to the coin if it will be developed. More token holders are in for long term to gain higher price for the future most especially if the token is a good coin..
