I can say that gambling has always been part of my life already, I gamble on a regular basis and in different type of gambling.
As I stay here in the crypto space, there's a lot of gambling sites that provides entertainment to people like me so I will have to enjoy every moment so I won't be bored working online.

Well, I think I have no issue with a break in gambling, I can do a week or a month or even more, but only if I needed to.  Grin
Make sure you can do it or not! Cheesy Because once we had something is habit then its hard to resist and there will be no problem with it if you know what you are doing and where your limits lies.I am not even gambling regularly so taking a break will not problem for me.

There are times that I can't avoid myself of getting addicted but I'm still thankful it did not last that long, I lost some, regret the decision and then back again. It's just my journey, I am not perfect but at least I am not that worst when it comes to controlling myself,  and any time I think of having a break, I am not having a hard time doing it.

This is really based on how anyone handle their gambling activity.

that's why in the beginning its necessary that you understand and you are matured enough so you can make the right decision every time.

But if you are addicted to gambling, a week without in the set is a little bit frustrating but for me who've never been in gambling all the time, it is gonna be fine even it reaches to 1-month break. It is all about how we manage ourselves self and to have a break in gambling it doesn't mean that we are about to quit soon but it just how to avoid being addicted to it.

Well, I consider my self far from being addicted or habitual but I usually visited the gambling sites not to put my bets but just to enhance my learning and get some updates. I don't think if it was a break but it sounds like that...cause I'd never spend money for this time.
Once after getting into gambling, it is impossible to stay away from it even for a week is truly a hard thing. Earlier when I was much into sports betting I had the control and I spend only on the games that I've good knowledge in predicting the result considering various things. Now after getting into casinos, particularly into dice I wasn't able to stay away from gambling. After experiencing big loss past one week I've stayed away from gambling. I believe this is the longest break at present.
Gambling involves money and money is the most important thing to survive in this world. Now gambling also provides a way to win money without doing any work at all. Basically a person is playing games and making money from it. Though the chances of winning are low still the hope to get some is enough to lure majority of gamblers here. If played, gambling should be done with little amounts of money.

never had a break or maybe its enough to say 3-5 days atleast?well for me Gambling is part of my daily living though i only spend smaller amount nowadays as i can control myself from losing big and i just played for fun whenever i cannot sleep early or if i have free time daily.this is the right way to manage gambling and don tlet gambling manage us.

It is difficult to control yourself when you find yourself addicted to gambling. Regarding myself, i cannot quit gambling and always play it daily. Sometimes i do not have money to gamble and that is when i use faucets on the gambling site to enjoy the gambling. Its hard to think of a day without playing the gambling games.
Heavy addiction like that already circling your mindset each time you have the chance playing gambling. It's hard to control once your engagement is really far like this. It's an addiction where you will lose everything. It's difficult since whenever you have money the first thing that comes to mind is to go and gamble. Nothing can stop you but your own desire to move away. Better to have that instinct or else you'll suffered for more.

I have a habit to gambling just once for a week in the midst of saturday or sunday. So I have five days without gambling and I live normally. At least it has made me doesn't like a gambler who need to spend money everyday to bet.

I have my own perspective toward gambling. I look it as an entertainment only no more than that. I'll never fall to the wrong way as I think being gambler is not health. I'll spend money everyday and find money in another way just for it, I feel I will never be happy to go through it all. So, I just play gambling as needed and it won't be excessive to avoid being an addict.

I don't gamble much so basically there are more days that I don't gamble. Maybe for month(s) before I will gamble again. I only play for entertainment and when I don't have much to do but since I have a lot of responsibilities and work here in crypto, and even outside the internet. When it becomes a habit to you, it's harder to stop and control yourself from playing. I think you should start to practice yourself to get used to not gambling. Just like having a vacation or if not, find other things to be busy about and not to be too focused on gambling.

I do not play gambling regularly. Sometimes during my exam i have no time for gambling while on other free days i play twice or thrice in a day. I am very inconsistent when it comes to gambling and i also cannot recall properly how much time i remained away from gambling. It can be from  3 to 5 weeks, not really sure of it.

I've gone over a year without gambling at some point. I am addicted yo predicting fixtures of matches but not on actually placing a bet on them. Every week during my break I always used to draw up my prediction and wait for the results, rueing my mistake when I score one and relieve when it fails, which happened more often than not. This made me to stick to my break the more. I now only gamble for fun, and almost always on my team.

This is actually a great way to stay persistent to take a break. Just keep a separate notebook and whenever you wanna gamble, just predict it without putting a bet. Sometimes you will regret when you win, but you will see, in the long run, you always lose. You will end up in loss in your notebook and promise yourself that you will gamble only when you will end up in profit in notebook (which will never happen in gambling Wink).

It's true that habits are hard to take a break from but in my case I never made it a habby to gamble.
Rather I took it as a way of earning money. I used to gamble on bustabit and before I got addicted to it, I decided to take a break from it.
The interesting part is that after that, I never got interest in doing it again and so I didn't gambled on it again.
So if that is considered as a break then that is my longest break (1.5 years and going).

I try not to gamble with 2 months in the past but after that i miss really to do it so i do gamble again then i really do that because i only in my house then when i go out then i gamble again so that's the situation of my life like i get the attetion or think to gamble again in again then now here in crypto then i think it so hard not to gamble for me
Probably rethink your life decisions fellow member. You can live without gambling but you cannot live without money. It is important to take a break from such activities be it gambling, trading or speculating on any other market. They are risky and we all have out good and bad days. If we dont take this break then possibly the losses that we incur end up being bigger.

Gambling is there as a mode of entertainment. Dont overdo it. Although some people will argue with me here but I still think having the control in your hands and not the casino controlling you is what should be aimed for. Play responsibly not recklessly.

You can make or break any habit if you practice or don't practice it for 21 days on a streak and I tried it. And it worked for me, for a long time. Initially it was a 22 days break but then I just didn't feel like gambling anymore so it became automatically 40. After that there was a wagering contest so I promised this wagering will be my last bet, but again got hooked Cheesy

As long as you have a very strict control on how much money you are spending each week and you can adhere to it then I do not see a reason why you should stop gambling, there was a time in which I gambled regularly like twice a week, especially poker since it is my favourite gambling game, but right now I am only gambling like once a month since I am extremely busy with different projects, and the longest break I have taken is close to four years.
