Most of the people have the same problem, they do not keep backup to their wallet and mostly remain as careless, which create problems because once you lost your wallet address and if you do not have any backup then it is difficult to restore it. In fact there is no way to recover your wallet once you lost it.

That's it, even MEW themselves has already give a brief warn when someone is generating a wallet and strongly even obligate to backup it people just couldnt careless about it.
a wallet that lost its privatekey is esentially a lost wallet, no way to recover just like as you said.

Tragically you are not capable recuperate that and there is no hope now. Its your obligation to back up your private key and be careful. You have to begin again with zero now next time be cautious and back your private key securely.

There is no way for you to recover the private key for your wallet if you do not know where you put it, that is why you should always keep it in a place where you know it will not be a problem for you to get it back. If you have coins in the wallet then they might be lost forever. There is another way to access your wallet, use your password along with the keystore file you download when you open the wallet, you can get access that way.

Forget about it and make a new one, save your private key securely. Losing the private to the same as the loss of your assets, it will be your experience to keep your new private key.

there is no way to recover the wallet if you forget your private key and did not record it to anywhere. you should check and remember if you noted it somewhere or not. otherwise there is nothing that you can do.

A way to recover your pv key is to create new ones. You can create using mew then connect to metamask, don;t forget to save pharaphrase. You are in land of crypto, lost pv key lost asset. PV key is the key you can enter to the banks you own. You should know how to secure your wallet by yourself. I hope you not loose too much and take the accident as the lesson to secure your wallet, use your personal laptop not share with others.

unfortunately, can not be changed. The private key is attached to the etherium wallet, you enter using this key

Once anyone loses his private key for MyEtherWallet, the best thing is to create another wallet immediately, backup that wallet and move all his coins there. The reason is, if the for any reason the device malfunctions and everything got wiped, he may not be able to recover it anymore since he has lost it in the first place.

If thats the only one copy of your private key mate and then you will lose it. Its no posibility to recover it. Unless you have those copy of seed wallet you downloaded in a mean it when you created that wallet. Check your documents mate, if there have some downloaded seed for you wallet to recover.

I think there is no way to recover your account. it's better to create a new account and store your private key properly.

the missing private key cannot be returned. the best way is you make a new wallet. and transfer all the coins contained in your wallet that do not have the private key. it if you have a UTC file and remember the password.

Did you save it on your computer and mistakenly delete it? If so unplug your computer as soon as possible and take out it's hard drive. Then buy undelete software, install it on another computer, attached the hard drive and run it there. Hopefully the private key was not overwritten by new files after you deleted it.

I think it's very rare for someone to write their private key on paper. the safest way I think if your memory is very powerful is to memorize the private key. That is the safest storage in the world. but I can't do that, so I prefer to save on google drive, if the laptop is broken suddenly we are still safe using another PC Cheesy

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. If you lose your private key, there is no way to recover it. Because unlike a bank deposit, with crypto holdings no one else will be having your private keys. You are solely responsible to keep it safely and securely.

Do you using metamask ? If you lost your key, actually your private key stay in the browser you use for metamask wallet.
Metamask is an extension of browser, so you can use it without private key. You should be able to recover if you use metamask.

the lost private key can not be recovered. You should keep the private key in order not to lose or forget. I hope you do not have much money in the wallet.

There are several means through which you can access you wallet. You can use the following apart from your private key:
- Mnemonic phrase
- Key store
Although, there might be other means that i know not of.
