Do you guys think litecoin will have any price increase?  Nothing seems to be happening with this coin at all.
Yes I'm expecting LTC major growth!
"Lee said the split is not a big concern for Litecoin, but more towards the original Bitcoin."

As you can conclude LTC has many advantages over BTC, and peolple will relise this one day, and one day price will go to 0.1 BTC. Probably when this BCH drama ends, at the end of a year or sooner i hope.

My hopes are the same for ltc. Think that this BCC/BCH is just another attempt to get some bitcoin from all that think this will be next "bitcoin". They dont know or they forgot that not single coin made near bitcoin. Lite will use this for price ump as you said, but think after not just this drama but month or two latter near this year end. Then all will realize that they made mistake.

Hey all got a question.  I bought some waves not that long ago.  I dont have that much litecoin though.  However why does it seem like litecoin price is very consistent?  For example when you look at ETH and the other altcoins, there are heavy swings.  Bitcoin also have swings as well but not that much.  It seems like litecoin is the only coin that is just staying flat etc.  Does anyone know the reason for this?  Because when bitcoin and the other altcoins fell a lot and then went back up, litecoin really didn't drop or go up that much.  Such that like it didn't drop 1/2 the price like many coins etc.

Litecoin has strong community support with miners, traders and Devs inclusive. It was the only remarkable alternative to Bitcoin until Eth showed up with advanced innovations, so i think its historical fan-base and simple tech keeps it always standing strong! But anything can happen in "cryptoworld"
Exactly, litecoin is now a very calculated coin and marketcap continues to rise. Litecoins are among of  my 5 favorite coins since last year, I think litecoin prices will continue to rise as more support and community,

For me liltecoin is one of the most trustworthy coins on the market no matter now small was his price i dont think this coin would be wasted I just think he might be returning to his place as silver coin, but now he has much more com petition then before many coins are maybe better in technical point of view, but lite for me will still be litecoin.

In last month around in june i found thread starting charly lee joining LTC after leaving Coinbase in that timeprice was around 20$ -25$ but i dint believe one man cant change anything but now price is 40$+ .

A lot of people are predicting 100+ LTC. I missed my 28.00 buy in, hoping it drop back into 30's for a  minute and load the boat. Definitely on a lot of people radar now, seeing a lot of talk on social media, even youtube comment sections.

I bought my litecoin for $4 each and I sold 90% of mine for $8 and now I'm simply depressed. I was happy for making doubling my money but now I see what I missed.  Cry

Dont worry usually it happen on first trade you sell at your goals profit but some wait cuz some coin are know to go 5-6 time the price invested so good old advice wait longer next time it can be very profitable but sometimes we as people are very greedy and we want we we think its good for us.

Hey all.  I got litecoin at around 50 dollars or so and a bit more when it went down to the 40 something right as it is now.

Do you guys possibly see litecoin going to 1k or 2k in the future like btc?  The reason i ask this is because well its still pretty cheap now.  Because if you own say 250 litecoin now... and it goes to 2k each... that would be 1/2 a million dollars.

How much litecoin would you say you need to buy if you want to make 1/2 a million dollars in the future holding it?  As of now, i have some btc, ltc and some waves.

For short answer no. Litecoin wont go over 1000 only if bitcoin would be around 20-30k other wise wont happen.
Litecoin had initial value 1:15 over bitcoin when he was created if I recall but now many other took his place but still many said that litecoin is dead and this proves that he is very much alive.
Anyway this coin is good in my case for recoving loses made when i lost bet on some sport. I never stop believing in this coin and i will still be stronger support for this coin, but for me realist value for litecoin should be with current price on bitcoin around 120-140 dollars per one coin.

I am still looking at litecoin for a hedge against btc dump, i think litecoin has an inflationary issue which is quite on the high side considering the amount of coins

For short term (until btc recovers) this should pose no issue.
ok i hope so
