I feel for you Sad
There is very little information on the shareholder side, I wonder if eASIC has some shipping date requirements?
The good news for shareholders is that there are no refunds or miner protection program that I can find.

You're wrong. Ken has said that all customers will be refunded if a delivery in November cannot be met.

So the VMC shop says "Shipping Starts November 2013". One day left. Are you prepared to face angry customers? I mean, if there are any.

Angry Investors you mean? I still haven't found any evidence of ken saying he'll be mentioning ANYTHING about mining equipment on the 30th. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Why is everyone so eager to believe these "PMs" that ken is apparently replying to with no proof what so ever. I really hope he says something about the mining equipment tomorrow and I'm wrong though.

I am 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999% certain the following will hold true:

- We will not ship a single miner.
- We will not be given any information to-do with chips.
- We will not have expected hashrate estimates from Ken.
- We will not be trading.
- I will not be able to retire.
- I doubt we even have a prototype.
- I will be depressed and sad.

You can't. kSLAUGHTER only "method" was for you to sell on BitFunder, and buy on Cryptostocks, which was priced much higher. I'm not kidding:

ActM shares now listed on Crypto:Stocks

So do we transfer manually?

Yes. Sell and Buy, at this point. 600,000 Available.

Didn't work as well as he planned, but that was still quite a sum going to his own pockets.
he ended up pulling most of them after he listed them because people complained they were listed for too much (i think they were 20%+ higher than bitfunder at the time).  so there are only like 8789 currently in the hands of shareholders.

So, can anyone comment on sending some of my currently AMC tendered shares on over to cryptostocks? Hell, I would even throw 50 bucks at the dude if it meant he will do so.

I have already asked, Ken does not want to do this because his solution is meant to be complete at the end of November.

The screenshot is not considered to be anything more than a suggestion by one of the shareholders.  You only need to be able to sign your address.

I'm invested because it looked very promising at the start.  After getting to really know the way Ken thinks, I am realizing how bad of a decision it was.  Kens brain is sloooow.  All you need to do is talk to him on the phone and you will realize how much of an idiot he is.

My point was, you were kicking and screaming at 0.0015 if I remember correctly, if you think Ken is an idiot why did you stay invested?

i did sell most of my stock.  The rest was very difficult because of low liquidity.  i would havr had to fill the whole orderbook right down to. .0000001

I am sure 50,000 shares would not have taken the orderbook from 0.0015 to 0.0000001, unless you lied about having 50,000 shares left at the time.

I still recall you saying that you offloaded 100,000+ shares at the peak (0.0065+) but you continue to complain about losing money having invested in ActiveMining. By those calculations you have taken major profits from trading ActiveMining stock.

Yeah I guess I did come out okay.. thanks for pointing that out
I'll keep complaining though until my 50,000 shares become profitable too, k?

Getting the chips is the easy part.  The hard part is putting them onto boards, and I doubt Ken can do this with the glue gun he bought at walmart

Why the hell are you invested VE? You have been complaining like this even when the shares were 0.0015*, you really should have sold.

*I am sure you were game around 0.0025, I could be wrong.

ALWAYS BET ON iCE...
Cheesy
Though it's actually good for any mining fund, including IceDrool.

Totally true, the difference is at least we are buying chips we designed from a company that "claims"* its all about fast turnaround, so if we get our chips then our competitors are companies that own their chips. (Avalon, ASICMINER, KNC, Bitfury, etc...)

Whilst it might be difficult earning more money that those companies, we should still outperform mining funds that are buying third party hardware.

The entire benefit of eASIC was speed and ability to keep on ordering lots and lots of chips. I am disappointed because so far we have perhaps enough for 500GH/s? or even none at all.

I don't understand why there were discussing the price of bitcoin at all.
In a way it affects your investment power, but unless I am mistaken ActiveMining sold most of its coins.

50% of mining revenue is reinvested.

Now we have 5 - 10 times the fiat to be reinvested for every Bitcoin mined, all our chips and expenses are in fiat.

A higher Bitcoin price effectively allows us to reinvest faster, and gives us maybe a chance to compound our hashrate.

ALWAYS BET ON iCE...

There will be more orders for machines.  The higher price of bitcoin will entice more mining at the current price of the machine

Ken told me that there would be an announcement by the end of November in a replay to a message I sent a couple days ago.

LabKen's big announcement is "Bitcoin could go to $2000."

I cringed when I saw him write that.  Here his shareholders are hungry for information and he's speculating on the price of Bitcoin.  It's betrayal when the man who owns your money is too busy watching a horse race to care about answering questions about company progress

Crypto is the separation of Power and State.
So if the 1.4k BTC (or a portion) are still with us then when is the best time for Ken to convert to FIAT?

We could have got 800USD last night for them, 500 this afternoon or 700 now. Tomorrow or in a few days they could be back in the 3-400 range.

Any thoughts on this.

Or next week they may be worth $2,000 each.

pathetic post, Ken.  Your shareholders are begging for information regarding progression with the chips and all you have to say today is that the price of a bitcoin might go up.  you are so pro

I thought it had been made quite clear that Ken was making an announcement this week regarding progress and future plans.

You guys better start cheering, or else LabKen will have you escorted off his self-moderated premises.  Grin
